Character name: Cell
Character source: Dragonball Z
Character history:
In an underground complex below the Mad Scientist Doctor Gero's secret research laboratory, Cell was an artificial life form created by the good doctor's computer. Gero had gathered the genetic information of all the greatest warriors to have ever visited Earth; possessing the genetic information of Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Freiza, among other, less-notable donors. Cell was designed to evolve into the perfect being by absorbing two of Gero's previous creations, Androids #17 and #18.
But in the alternate future he was from, the two Androids were deactivated, destroyed by Trunks. In order to acheive his perfect form, Cell would need to time travel to a time before they had been destroyed. So, he killed Trunks in order to use his time machine to travel back four years before the Androids appeared. As the bio-android moved to enter the craft, however, he was whisked away to a mysterious new realm.

Starting Moves:
Ki Blast; Ranged Proficiency (300)
By focusing his energy, Cell can form a melon-sized orb of of yellowish ki in one of his palms. Driving his hand towards a target, the ball assumes a teardrop shape when launched and erupts in a half-meter wide explosion on contact with a surface or opponent. It takes a brief second to reform the energy in between blasts, but he can chain these together by alternating his hands. This attack deals similar damage to a standard punch or kick, but can be utilized at a range of about one kilometer and moves as quickly as a bullet. One of Cell's most simple techniques, the ease of this attack allows Cell to fire it while moving.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.
