Shapeshifting characters? [Help request]
#1
As the title implies, I'm seeking to get a Shapeshifter as my third character. My latest consideration I am pretty sure is one I picked purely because I had binge-watched Hellsing and was still in the hype-afterglow, so to speak, but now that my head's cooled off I am having doubts.

Sooo, I would like to ask you guys for help: do you know any shapeshifting characters, be they from games, TV/anime series, movies, comics, mangas etc etc. who you think would work? (besides the Pokemon Ditto, that is)

Also just to be clear on what I mean when I say Shapeshifter, I mean a character that's able to malleate their form and appearance to a wide variety of forms. Not characters like Werewolves or even World of Warcraft Druids which have one or a handful of set alternate forms though.

Current to-do list (personal notes):

T-1000 (Terminator 2)
Mystique (X-Men)
Blood Beast (Legend of the Seeker)

Or just make an OC (in which case, what canon to put them in?)

Well, just off the top of my head...

Envy from a certain Pipsqueak alchemist's story might be a good choice if you're looking for that spy-like disguisability.

If you're looking for a fun character who can turn into whatever and whoever they want, Beast Boy's a possibility.

If you're looking for something evil that can mimic opponents, I don't actually have a claim on Abathur yet if you wanted to give him a go.

I'd be willing to help throw some more pitches if you can narrow the search a little

I personally don't know many shapeshifters other than the ones that have been mentioned. However I'd have no problem with you picking Ditto if you wanted.

Envy may be a choice, actually. I'll need to read a bit about how long until he/she/it makes their real appearance, but I read a few details.

Beast Boy is... well, limited to the animal kingdom so unfortunately that rules him out.

Abathur is not an option, as cool as he may be. I would love to try him but his style of behavior, speech and thinking doesn't fit me at all Tongue

No idea who that is, I'll be looking into it!

Ditto isn't really an option to me because I could just make an NPC Prime for Sabrina, I still have an open "slot" for that.

Also to all of you, thank you for the suggestions and aid so far! I appreciate it a lot!

Gandrayda from Metroid Prime 3. Plenty of fodder for powers and powerups, enough of a personality and background universe that you have something to build off of, but largely a blank slate.

Plus I promise to RP with you! :awesome:
Curious about me and the characters I play? See the 'Staff' page! See also the rosters for my characters Samus Aran or Enel if you'd like to see examples of well-formatted rosters. Hope you enjoy the Omniverse!

I'm actually watching a playthrough of MP3 for that sole reason. She seems pretty neat.

She only really appears at the beginning intro with all the other hunters, and then during that one boss battle after falling to phazon corruption.

I might seem a little biased but.. yeah I like the T-1000 *rubs neck* That would be pretty cool.

on that note, if you're interested in doing a T-1000, I recommend looking up the main T-1000 from "The Sarah Connor Chronicles".
Rather underrated show with a T-1000 with a much more interesting and complex character than Terminator 2's version.
