hihi I would like to use an old character from an old rp I used to do, but the  rp there somewhat goes against the official bleach canon as it completely ignores everything related to the vandenreich after aisens defeat. Would I be able to use him?

That's fine, as long as you make it clear in your roster how your character's story differs from the canon (and that's less a hard requirement and more because we wouldn't want people to just write your character wrong).
