Questions about acceptable 'Fluff' infomation.

Am I allowed to have the same fluff move for two similler powers, eg.fusion/symbiosis
If so would I put it on my roster theard as the same thing ex. Fluff name (fusion/symbiosis)
When roleplaying in-charater, would I be able to have an almost completely sepertate entity, (just a voice, no physical body) in Des's head.

I'd have to see the move to know what you mean by that.

Here's what I mean
Armour Up!! (Fusion-Basic/Symbiosis)
Originally being designed as replacement limbs, Des's suit can open up just enough to let anybody in.

Also another fodder (which i'm pretty sure it's okay)
Sonar (Enhanced Sences-Basic)
Just as it says on the packet, Des uses sonar technology to detect objects and people around him.

Also do I need to get these (or any other) fodder accepted in the move theard before puttingit in my roster.

Those aren't even necessary as Moves. You can use them as simply explanations as to how those Powers work for Des.

To explain WHY: Those moves don't change how the base Power works. They simply give a description to how Des uses them in the base manner.

My other character, Dawn, her enhanced sense is a pair of headphones she wears 24/7. It eliminates the sense of hearing, but completely enhances her sixth sense. With foresight and high Tec, she can pretty much feel everything around her without making physical contact. It's like being able to feel a person's soul or aura.

I believe that both versions are acceptable and wouldn't require you to seek approval for them, because they are "explanations" of how your power works, and don't strengthen or otherwise improve your move. Saying that your character fuses to someone by sticking them in their armor sounds just fine to me, same for the Sonar - just keep in mind that you cannot use the Sonar thing as an excuse to circumvent Suppression that would block it etc. but I imagine that you were aware of that.

For reference, there's been people using Fusion ranging from giving someone else an item to turning into a weapon for the other to use, and Enhanced Senses have been used as an explanation for smell, Sharingan eyes etc.

Yeah, like Ammy said those are both fine. As long as you don't give yourself any extra advantages beyond what the Power description states and you just want to explain how your character 'uses' Powers, it's fine to play them that way.
