Character history:Des's memories before coming here are somewhat mangled, him having memories of visues infected VR sytems, computor programs and being a pirate-based super hero, the only recurring theme is that he was a guinius in robotics and medical professions, and losing some limbs then becoming a robot; though the latter has differnt reasons.
His world, or what he can remember of it, is very similar to our own, except where techology is sightly more advanced.
Des's exact point in his life he came from is somewhat ambiguous but the most accurate would probably be just before trying to return home after he was stranded in a apocalyptic demension, where he faced in inner demons and finally started to open up to people.[Around 3-4 years after his first life-chaging event]

Physical Description: A meltellic red robot whose height and weight are 3"11' and 100kg repectively. Des' body is made up of a mixture of tungstan and aluminium. Other them the cannon on his right arm and having wheels instead of legs, he is fairly humanoid in shape. He also has a hump on his back that acts like a backpack.[spoiler][/spoiler]

(300)Elemental Shot (Requires Ranged Proficiency): A shot made of pure energy around 6-7 inches in diameter with an effective range of about 2.5 m. It is shot from Des's arm cannon, can be shot while moving but gives -0.5 speed form the first to last shot. Vissualy simmiler to a kamahamaha wave, except without the tail and chages colors depending on the dominent element in the area (technically doesn't effect the shot becurse of what is treated as "fluff information" in the omniverse but does change the elemental allightment of shot). Can be aimed while standing still and can shot 1 shot per second for 3 secs, requires 1 second charging time between rounds. Moves slightly slower then a bullet. Only requires focus when aiming and drains stamina slightly, effects become noticeable after 6 rounds.

How long does it take for a shot to be fired? How fast does a shot travel (fast as an arrow? a bullet? something else?)? Does Des move at a normal speed while preparing to fire this, or is he slowed somewhat?

Explain the color changing aspect a bit more, please. Does the dominant element in the area have any part in the effects the beam? If you want the beam to remain priced at 300 OM, I'd recommend saying that the element does not change the effects of the beam at all.

Also, I would recommend that you remove the "medium Damage" part of the description, since moves are dependent on the stats of the character they're striking.

Almost done! Does Des need to focus a great amount to execute this move or is it 'fire and forget'? What is the effective range of this move? How big is the round/blast? Is there any kind of stamina drain (does Des tire after using this move a lot)?
