New Beginnings: Magic in Mokugakure

[Andyra]

Andyra figured this would be a good time for the two of them to get over whatever issues they still had with one another, after all if they were going to be traveling together, they needed to get along and stop bickering over little things anymore. Andyra went to talk to a few of the medical ninjas as she simply asked for basic medical supplies like bandages and such. She wasn't expecting for herself to get that hurt but Eda was justa human she was liekly to break like a twig so there was always the need to be cautious. After she had gotten that she went to talk to a few of the shinobi's that had weapons and went to see if they had anything they could spare and then would begin making her way back to Eda and Ebony, as she heard the last bit of their conservation, she just rolled her eyes walking up to both of them and hitting them both on the head.
"Stop it both of you, we're all different and we need to use those differences to strenghthen each other, not tear each other down." explaind Andyra flatly.

[Eda]

She looked over at the black haired woman , a small device in her palm as she tried to calm herself down some . Seeming to pause for a moment , getting intentionally distracted . 

" You know something , all of this aside . You and this guy who is posting videos of himself look a lot alike "

She tapped the play button , the black haired and green eyed male cutting a savage promo in the video making Eda laugh a bit .

" Friend of yours ? " 

[Ebony]

'No, not a friend per se, and far too young, but the one hanging off of him is one of my secondaries", Ebony said with a shrug. "I summoned her and two others a while back, though I am not sure where they ran off to, to be honest. Perhaps I should see about getting them back with me at some point, though some of them might not be all that happy to see me", she said with a shrug.

[Andyra]

Andyra looked towards the device that Eda held up, it certainly looked remarkably like her father but he was too young. Perhaps he had a kid or something? The only two she knew of were Aiden and Anderson her step brothers but she knew it wasn't them. Maybe it was him and this place had made him young again, she wouldn't put it past this place to do something like that, it seemed the one that ruled here was likely just as powerful as their own creator of their universe.
"It looks remarkably like my dad Vance Anders but he's a lot younger here then he is back home. It is nice to see a familiar face out here though. The only way to truly know is to ask him though and the only way to do that is to find him and this place is quite massive on all it's own, who knows where he could be right now."

[Eda]

" Apparently his name is Anders too , he is cutting promo's about how he is going to run roughshod over the Ashen step . Regardless of all of that we should probably not linger for too long , I would not want a shuriken to my face for wasting too much of the ninja's time . Besides I am picking up an insane level of magic on the other side of the river , I want to see what is making that " 

[Ebony]

"Don't worry, I would keep them from doing that, after all, if you remember what I said before, I am going to keep you safe, after all, for all my flaws, I am not into necrophilia", Ebony said with a grin. "If I want to challenge you again. I've got to keep you alive, since a zombie pet is not what I am looking for in any case. 'So, don't worry, I will do my best to keep you alive".

[Andyra]

Andyra just looked towards the device once more before looking away again. She looked towards Eda first.
"Yes I feel it too but do you really think going into unknown territory just to find out where this power is coming from is a good idea?" questioned Andyra towards her. "On the other hand I managed to get some supplies, mostly ninja tools like shuriken and basically a first aid kit for the road. With the way things have been going it's probably wise to have it." explained Andyra who didn't say or do anything about the drow's response to Eda. It seemed like Ebony was actually trying to help her in her own unique way.

[Eda]

" Do you really want to sit idle for long though Andyra , I bet you are itching to find a strong opponent too . I mean come on this is an adventure "

She rolled her eyes at Ebony and her hijinx , she really was starting to dislike her in true . Not a feeling she enjoyed having , she typically viewed all things has having a good side or a purity in them . However she could find none to be had in this woman who seemed obsessed with her .

" Real reassuring , but regardless if not going that way then what way would you have us go " 

[Ebony]

"I am that thing that you must always strive to be better than, because if you aren't, you will fall into my clutches", Ebony said with a shrug. "Therefore, I am doing for you what most either could not or would not, I am being that thing that pushes you upward. I assume you would prefer I keep doing my job, while teaching you that not all things are inherently good, right", she asked with a shrug. "After all, look what that got you each time you have tried it. I may be a cold, bitter, distrustful woman, ,but I am serving a purpose here at the moment".

[Andyra]

Andyra wasn't even sure what direction to go, she only knew that going in with no idea of what you'd be facing was reckless and idiotic, she had been such a fool once to think it would be easy to save her friend, that her father would have opponents for her to face to get finally to him. She just clenched a fist tightly as she focused directly on Eda.
"The only thing I have ever cared about when it comes to strength is the strength that I must posess to take down my father once and for all. Going into unknown territory not knowing anything of what is there is purely reckless and idiotic and will get you raped, tortured and killed. I'm pretty damn sure you don't want that now do you?" questioned Andyra towards Eda. "As for what direction I suggest, I suggest we ask around, these villagers may have knowledge that can provide us with leads as to where to go and where to avoid like that Temple back in the forest."

[Eda]

It was not hard and would not take long for Eda to ask around since Andyra was so insistant on it , Ebony's earlier words still fresh on her mind . It bothered her to know the drow was simply messing with her to make her stronger , for what possible reason could she be doing that . How could it possibly benefit her in the slightest . Shaking those thoughts away Eda found out from the two that had patched her and Ebony up that Ambrosia was in that direction , an area full of the Elven kind . A place of magic and mystery , the idea exited her greatly . She almost came back bouncing on her toes in jubilation . Elves were the most powerful of magic wielders , though she was unaware that they might possibly not accept Ebony in their lands . Explaining to them what she had found , she seemed to be beeming at the idea of possibly meeting such incredible magic wielders.

[Ebony]

"And this, child, is why you need me to help you and teach you the ways of the world", Ebony said with a sigh. "If you keep going like this, you will get all of us killed, and then I will be angry. "It might not be best to go to an elven city, as I might be attacked on sight, as well as both of you, for not only being with me, but being with me without being my pets. If you were, elves might keep you alive just to "save" you from me, and remove the crystals, but since neither of you belong to me, you would simply be seen as working with me, and likely all of us would simply be slain on sight. After all, my race is made up primarily of fallen elves, and as such they generally do not take kindly to my kind".

[Andyra]

Andyra was glad that Eda seemed to correspond her words. She just let out a soft sigh of annoyance as she looked towards Ebony while Eda was off getting intelligence from the Ninjas.
"I got to give her one thing though she has spirit." remarked Andyra simply. But spirit wasn't nearly enough to keep you alive in this world full of dangers, not to mention people who wanted nothing more than for you to die. When Eda returned with her news of the elves she didn't know too much about elves themselves since she had no real experience with running into one but she knew how traditional elves would feel about a drow like Ebony. They would indeed kill her on site so the only way to go there was for Eda and Andyra to go in without Ebony and you couldn't just abandon a party member. They were a team now and as such needed to stick together.
"Ebony is there any chance at all these elves wouldn't kill you? Because it there's not there's no point in us going there Eda."

[Eda]

" Actually it does not seem that way from the information I have gotten , Ambrosia is run by a Human of all things . By the name of Guu , I do not think they are the type to slay a person for what they are . I would wager they judge you by your actions , besides I want to explore as much of this place as possible . I did not come this far just to tuck my tail and return to the nexus you know , can you say you would rather turn and run away ? "

[Ebony]

"No, if it came to running or fighting, I would simply fight and slay them all, then establish my own kingdom, but again, only if someone tried to kill me", Ebony said with a shrug. "I do not fear them attacking me, ,and from what I hear, the Nexus can be just as much of an issue as around here. However, if this turns out to be something that gets me killed, you had best look over your shoulder for the rest of your life here, little human", she said with a scowl and a glare directly at Eda, cracking her knuckles as well.

[Andyra]

Andyra still didn't like the thought of going into this territory even if they did know a little there was no way to possibly know the strength of these elves and if they could even survive an encounter with them if it came to bloodshed. She choose to keep silent however and simply nodded towards Eda.
"Very well then we shall head to Ambrosia to meet this one that you speak of. Just try not to die, you are only human after all." replied Andyra as she would simply begin walking towards the exit of the village, thanking the medical ninja for aiding her two party members. She wasn't even sure they were friends, the both of them were just so odd she thought but then again who wasn't?

[Eda]

" I have no intention of dying or getting anyone killed , that is a promise . I don't break promises , that is just the way I am . I also got some information on what else is out here , the hostile things we can run into and such . Its largely Orc and goblin , although there are giant bugs . Why do there have to be giant bugs " 

She shook her head at the idea seeming to shudder from the toes to her nose at the idea of gigantic bugs , that really creeped her out . She focused again looking at the both of them with a bright smile , seeming to put a strong face on and hide her fear away 

[Ebony]

"Well, to be honest, you are just a human too, Andyra, instead of your usual War Lion form, so to be honest, we are all not very difficult to kill, any one of us. Ordinarily, Andyra would take a rail gun to hurt, given the usual way that her race tends to be. Myself, with my usual abilities, would be able to keep going even after taking enough damage to kill me, as well as an ability to do any damage done to me back in an attack that doubles the damage, not to mention the normal void, blood, and elemental spells, almost none of which I have right now".

[Andyra]

"Yes I am fully aware of that fact but at least I'm not trying to run into danger without even realizing the possible outcome could very well mean death and ending up right back where I started." replied Andyra. "We need to be able to think and move quickly and mostly we need to figure out how to get our full powers back so that we aren't so squishy, just the thought of not being able to shift into my normal lion form is driving me crazy." explained Andyra who was more than a little bit frustrated but she knew from what Amber said that with enough time she would regain that ability and would be able to provide her team with strength, Eda would certainly be the most magical of them and that wasn't counting her magical charm that she seemed to have that worked on the people around her, and Ebony was clearly more the assassin type to strike from behind when no one was expecting it. They each had their own strengths and flaws but most of all they had one common goal, to not die and to get back to their old selves in this world of wonders.

[Eda]

" I am the odd girl out in this one , I would not want to go back to my old self in the slightest . I was just a normal girl you know , I had no powers or talents of any kind . Well I can sing and dance of course , but the magic on my T.v show was just lighting and special effects . Out here in this place , everything is real . I can feel it pulsing and coursing through my body , the very essence of life in this world . I love every second of being here , my motivation is to become the strongest Eda I can be " 

She clenched a gloved hand raising it to the sky , her fist in the air . Wondering about coming up with some kind of emblem to sew into her glove . To let the world know she intended to become the strongest , to become one of the greatest heroes in history . She smiled again turning to face the both of them , her hands now moving behind her .

" Though I suppose if being the strongest means I have to help the two of you reclaim the power you lost , that is a pretty amazing goal to accomplish isn't it ? "

" I could get behind the idea of being the heroine who helps Ebony and Andyra become as strong as they were before arriving here , who knows you two might even get stronger than you were before by being here "

She seemed back to normal indeed , turning away from them once again . Showing that she trusted them both to watch her back , just like she would watch theirs when it came down to brass tacks . Though she was always far too cheerful , she hid herself well under the character she played around other people .
