Character history: 
A devastating pandemic sweeps through New York City, and one by one, basic services fail. In only days, without food or water, society collapses into chaos. The Division, a classified unit of self-supported tactical agents, is activated. Leading seemingly ordinary lives among us, The Division agents are trained to operate independently of command, as all else fails. Nishana is one such of these Agents.

Nishana, unfortunately, fell victim to one of the rampaging factions that sprung up doing the chaos. It is at the point of her death that she has been pulled into the Omniverse.

M4 Carbine Ranged Proficiency, 300 OM
A standard M4 Carbine, fitted with a holographic sight, silencer and flashlight. These attachments are able to be switched out for others, such as foregrips and laser pointers, these provide no advantage and should be considered fluff details simply for the sake of RP. It is capable of firing in three different modes; semi automatic, burst and fully automatic. For the time being, however, the weapon is stuck in semi-auto, meaning that Nishana can fire it as fast as she can pull the trigger. A standard clip holds 30 rounds which can be emptied within as many seconds when fired at pace, it would then take another 5 seconds to reload and have ready to fire once again. Nishana carries this weapon on her back to provide easy access at a moments notice.

M9 Sidearm Ranged Proficiency, 300 OM
A standard M9 pistol, fitted with a silencer and flashlight. These attachments are capable of being switched out, but provide no advantage. It can be fired as quickly as Nish can pull the trigger. The M9 is stored in a holster at Nishana's hip for easy access.

ISAC Fluff move, used to explain Foresight.

ISAC (Intelligent System Analytic Computer)  is the AI contained within a Division Agent's watch, it is capable of sending out a recon pulse in a 60m radius around the Agent's current point and feeding back any information gathered instantaneously. In it's current state, however, ISAC is only capable of giving a brief warning of incoming attacks.

M4 Carbine - Okay, I don't know guns very well, is the semi automatic firing mode just firing as fast as you can pull the trigger? 3 firing modes will cause this weapon to cost 900 (remember, if it costs too much, you can always buy another firing mode later). Also, how long does it take her to reload and how fast can she empty each clip in each different firing mode?

M9 - This looks good.

Sticky Bomb - You need area Attack for this.

ISAC - Foresight only allows you a 1 - 2 second warning of incoming attacks. That's all this will be able to do. You can, however, purchase both insight and enhanced senses to reveal more information/ enemy locations (but you need to follow the rules on all of these powers).

If I want to purchase a communicator and dataverse device does that need to go here or can I get that later on?

So she can only fire one bullet per second?

This makes my brain hurt :') trying to find the balance. A standard M4 has a rate of fire of around 750-900 rounds per minute, but that's going to be too much, right?

Let's say, for the sake of ease, semi-automatic allows her to fire twice a second, so she would empty a clip in 15 seconds.
