[NPC] A long knight , A good doctor

There had not been this much of a mess in the caste since the apple dumpling incident many years ago , there were guardsmen and invaders everywhere . Blood on the floors soaked the stone turning it into a crimson mess , five of her guards including Mina were in critical condition . Four more on top of the fact were dead , two were outright missing . However the day had been won , the attack had come from inside the castle . No signs of the invading group breaking through the main gates , none of the city guard were harmed in the slightest . This had been way more organised and intelligently planned then Orcs , or goblins were known for .

Thankfully there was a good healer who was not far and who could respond to the call to action , hopefully no more would be lost on this horrible night .

She woke up sometime later. As she blinked awake, her vision focused to present a familiar face looking down at her. It was command officer Gold-Hand Jani. Mina wanted to salute but the pain from her arm quickly caught up to her.

"Ah, I see you're awake."

"Yes, madam!"

"Need for that, just call me Jani from now on."

"Did we win?"

"Yes, thanks to you."

Mina couldn't see to far beyond her neck. She could feel the doctor's office table under her back, she could see white walls all around.

"Broken ribs, broken legs, I suggest you don't move around for a while." She said casually to the injured girl. "I managed to reattach your arm, it'll take a bit longer to heal than the bones so don't be shocked if you stay in that bed for quite a while, though my healing magic will hopefully speed things up."

"Thank you, madam!"

"No need for the formalities, we are first name basis in the officer's club."

"Officer's club?" Mina asked, puzzled.

Jani simply grinned.

"Congratulations, Second Lieutenant Mina."

Though she also knew this meant something truly terrible had happened her hair falling over her eye , her voice barely escaping her .

" The princess ? She is well then , I am glad . The one leading the invasion was an A-class , a war chief . How the hell did they get into the castle "

Every inch of her body hurt and burned right now , it hurt to think even .

She could not even fathom jumping that far into the command , if she recalled only one outranked the woman speaking with her .

" I will try to be back on my feet as soon as possible then , I keep sensing something bad . Worse than even those invaders is coming "
