I read over the Move topics and the FAQs, but I need one minor question answered:

Can moves be revised? I don't mean in terms of upgrading the weapon in general; I'm talking about minor details, like adding a bit more fluff and fodder, etc. without changing the move outright.

If so, does it have to be posted in Move Approval? Or is it fine to go ahead and edit?

In general you should get a move re-approved if you want to change anything. Something you that you might think is inconsequential could be enough to warrant charging more for the move or re-buying it. Most often it'll just end up being a 'heads-up' kind of thing with no cost, but just to avoid problems you should get it re-approved.

You would have to first request permission from the other person, obviously, but to the best of my knowledge that's allowed.

The list tells who possesses what artefact but it is up to the possessor of it to disclose what they do, if they decide to use it in a fight.

I don't see why not! Just make sure that your roster isn't archived and read through the Updates and rules to refresh your memory.

Are you allowed to do "Astral Verse Dreams" while your char is still alive to do two threads for twice the OM?

More serious answer: No. Go to sleep or get Spiritual Attunement/Enlightenment and go there personally. No cheating the system.

Deadpool manages this with Insight, though if the opponent is willing Telepathy could also be a way to go provided it's just basic stuff. Both would require a bit of time to gather info, though if you wanted a 'Speed-Read', you could probably manage that with the power and a move.

So, I'm finally getting my alt together out of sheer boredom - and lack of muse (dammit) - and I was wondering if Insight could be used like a HUD in a video game.

Something like what Han Jee-Han uses in "The Gamer": Status Window.

I would say that that's allowed. Just remember that not everything is instantly displayed like in a videogame, as Insight requires an amount of time to work, and it will obviously not work if suppressed successfully.

As long as they have granted you Base Permission, yes.
