As Sans seemed to be focused mostly on dispelling the minions in his first post, he hasn't gotten any significant damage onto Scarecrow himself yet. I'm sure this will change in his second post, however.
Scarecrow on the other hand did get a solid hit onto Sans, or at least he seemed to. But considering this is Sans, he could also dodge even if he didn't quite see it coming. That being said, since it was just a basic attack, I'll say it did around 2 points of damage for a near-miss. However Sans chooses to write that, he can decide, since I have no idea how damage on a skeleton would work out.
Summary:
Sans: 18/20 HP, 3/3 SP
Scarecrow: 20/20 HP, N/A SP
