For Glory! (Skeletor Vs. Thor) challenge

Thor has challenged Skeletor to battle at the Fountain of Infinity, and I have accepted.

The ever-helpful Mark has agreed to judge for us.

The current rules specs are to the best of my knowledge:
word count: 800
time to post: 72 hours from opponent's last post
SP: only Thor has them, but go ahead! XD
random events: None (its the nexus...)
Damage meter: ON

I think that's everything, though Thor is more than welcome to point out anything I've missed.

I don't recall there being a damage meter in the rules and you have 1 sp as well skeletor, but other than that this looks great! Typing up a post now so since this is the nexus and it might get crazy... This is me calling.

I had meant that just because I don't have any moves or anything to use it with.

the damage meter as far as I'm aware is just a quantifiable way for the Judge to let us know how we ended up. (rather than just saying "your bruised and bloody but mostly intact" or something vague like that.) You are correct that I don't see it on the fighting rules page though, now that I've looked... That's just what I've seen it used for in other battles.

also just to clarify, that was the intro post? or your first round? (I'm assuming the intro, but I don't know for sure)

Damage meter just means do you want me to include numerically how much damage you've taken during the fight. It won't make any difference in Win/Lose, just gives you a number rather than "he's beaten up and bloody".

Are you guys doing intro posts or is everything considered part of the fight?

I'll try to get my response up this evening once I get back from work, either my intro or the first round of battle, depending on how things have progressed. I don't know if I have anything particularly poignant for the intro right now though, so I'm fine going straight into the combat if that's what you'd prefer Thor.

This fight (at least for me) is more about learning how to write for fights in general, so I don't mind if you want to post it!

round 2 for Skeletor is up! I don't know whether the whole "only he who is worthy" thing is actually an aspect of the hammer in the Omniverse, but its one of my favorite bits about Thor to watch people be unable to lift the hammer, so I couldn't resist.

(also just to clarify if it was unclear how I was able to do that, I used telekinesis to push Mjolnir farther away, increasing the time it took to return to Thor.)
