Inofficial IC live-chat poll

As those of you who've known me for a while may know, I am a live-chat roleplayer at heart - which is of course not to say that I don't enjoy forum RPs! But, I'm digressing.

I would just like to check who, if anyone, would be interested in live-chat Omniverse roleplay, using the Discord chatrooms to play. It might work out, or it might not. We'll see


Keep in mind that it's entirely inofficial and technically unrelated to the Omniverse forum. You may use the same character or make up a new one. Nothing you do on Discord will give you any advantage on the site (OM, words towards quest completion, flavor items, information...)

If it kicks off we can even add things like evening events or fast-paced battles. We'll see!


If you vote about being uncertain or against it, I would appreciate if you explain it. You don't have to, of course, but I would like feedback, positive and negative.

I've live chat RP'd for two years! And more, but the "and more" part doesn't really amount to much experience :derp:
I approve of this idea a lot! I mean, bias aside (hot damn do I love the fast pace of live chats) I think it'd allow people to get used to the varying writing styles. As well as see how characters would interact :hee:

I think I've had less experience with live chat RPing that either post by post or voice chat, but I did play in a Dark Heresy campaign for about two years in a live chat, so I've willing give this a go.
