Amber leaped through the giant gate. The completely blank white canvas changed to another white canvas. Although, the white here was snow! "Haha! Look 'Saki! It looks and feels just like home in Atlas!" Murasaki had to cover his eyes as the snow blew in his face from the occurring blizzard. "Yes, it is definitely much better than the musky heat of Vale at Beacon." He replied. "It is also more desolate than where we just were. That's good, I'd rather not get attacked for laughs." Amber turned back to him and gave him a big smile. "This looks like the perfect place for us to get set up, and be ready for anything this world throws at us. If we're going to be pitted against all odds here, I would love to be prepared at the least." Murasaki nodded in agreement. "Now that's the Amber I know. Shall we get moving then?"
"Yeah, just give me one minute," she replied before sitting down in the snow and pulling the Omnilium orb out of her pocket. "Let us get you something to defend yourself." Amber closed her eyes and focus on Murasaki's Katana and Pistol Knife that he normally uses for a weapon. After about 10 minutes of focus, she was able to form his weapons, which she handed over to him, giving them a few swings and sheathing them at his sides. "Much better." He said to Amber.
Now ready to continue, the two teenagers stood and headed through the blizzard. Down the slope that lead from the gate, they trekked through twelve inch snow. Amber, who usually walked barefoot in warmer weather had summoned some more appropriate clothes to travel in the new climate. Boots and a coat helped enough to make sure she didn't freeze. Not too far into their journey, they were attacked some weird creature, that Amber couldn't identify. It didn't put up much of a fight though. "Monsters and animals are much easier to battle than people. Animals are stupider, monsters don't know how to think, but people can form strategies and can learn patterns in my fights."
"Don't let that fool you though Amber. Even monsters and animals can be deadly to trained veteran Hunters and Huntresses."
"Right, keep an eye out." The continued through the heavy snow, looking for a place to set up a base. It's obvious that this wasn't going to be much of an easy task for them.

After trudging through snow for a little less than an hour, the Remnant duo came to a halt. An open field of snow laid in front of them. Amber could hardly hold back her excitement. "'Saki, this is the perfect spot." She said loudly looking around for any signs of the area already being claimed. "Yeah," the deep voice came from behind Amber, "but how are we going to build the base? There's only two of us and we have no equipment or resources." Amber laughed at Murasaki's question. "You seem to be forgetting that I am a goddess here. The only limit to my experience in this world is my imagination. If I want a base, it'll be mine." The dark haired boy rubbed the back of his head, a little discomforted by that statement. "Uh, yeah. I guess that it works in our benefit, just don't let that power go to your head little Ms. Goddess. It's great to realize what you're capable of, but don't let that drive you so mad you go into a lust for power."
"I'm fine Murasaki, you make sound like I would become a bad dude or something. Just give me awhile, and watch my back. The bigger the thing is, the longer it takes to create." She said tossing up her Omnilium orb of many colors in the air and catching it as it came back down into her palm. "Alright, don't wear yourself out." Murasaki said quietly, as walked around a bit, observing their surroundings and taking in the surrounding while being vigilant of trespassers.
It took a pretty long time. Steel walls formed slowly from the ground up out of thin air and a glowing light. Snow flurried past Amber's face while she concentrated hard on what she wanted the base to look like. Steel walls countless feet high, covered in snow and ice with a big gaping door for an entrance with watchtowers and anything else her crazy teenage mind could think of.
An hour later, the giant fort was formed. Murasaki stood in awe, he honestly did not expect something like this from Amber. “Jeez Amber, that looks amazing. It’s perfect.” Amber chuckled to herself. “Yeah, now all we need is Rose and Ellise. I’m sure they’d love to see this. Let me summon them, then we can get set up.” Before standing back up, Amber took more time on her summoning to bring the rest of her friends to the new world they were trapped in. First was Rose, the petite, musician and sniper. She appeared before the two and took a deep breath. “What the hell?! Where am I-? Amber! We thought you died!” Murasaki informed Rose of their new situation while Amber took her time to summon Ellise. “I see, sounds like this a test of fate for us.” Said Rose. “Uh, I guess you could put it that way. To me it’s more of an odd turn of events, but for whatever reason we’re here, we’re all alone. So it is most definitely a test.”
A another set of minutes went by, and soon their taller long haired friend, Ellise appeared. She put her hand on her forehead and groaned. “Uhh, what just happened? Amber? Is that you? Did I pass out or something?” Amber finally stood, wiping the snow off her clothes. “There. Now that the team is all here. We can get started. This world is crazy, and we will survive. This is our Base of Operation: Fort AMBR.” Ellise rubbed her arms and shivered, “Dammit Amber! You’re one of my best friends but why the hell did you choose the coldest of locations for a base of operation?!”
“Because it reminds me of home, and this is sort of the only place that seems to be around in this area. Everywhere in this world seems to just be terribly cold.” Amber said without taking her eyes off her fort. “Well that’s just lovely.” Ellise muttered with sarcasm, “I’ll need some warmer clothes.”
The team walked into their new home, where their adventure would surely begin.

Amber climbed up the battlements of her new, gigantic fort and looked out on the snowy horizon. If trees weren't in the distance along with a line of mountain ranges, it would probably be tough to tell where the horizon actually met with the sky. The clouds blended well with the snow in color. "This is quite the nice view. Even though it will remind me of home every time I look out on it. I won't allow this world to control me, and there's no way I'm going to just lie down and accept my fate here. If that Omni person brought me here, he can most definitely send me back." Amber pondered the subject for a few silent seconds, scratching her fuzzy fox ears. "Maybe this is all just a test of my ability as a huntress in training. Perhaps a Virtual Reality quiz of sorts where I got put in this situation?" A deep voice broke Amber's train thought. "It could be possible. Though it would be rather odd." Murasaki stood behind her with his arms crossed. He stepped up to the edge of the battlements and looked out on the horizon. "Hm, nice view."
Amber stood quietly look up at Murasaki, then looking back out on the horizon. "Whatever this all is Murasaki, I'm going to get us back home."
"I heard. Don't rush yourself. If he brought you here, and can take you back, he must be extremely powerful. You should train and get ready for a long battle. I don't think this is going to be a such a simple fix like you think it will be. This is more than a mission: This is an adventure." Murasaki was talking more than he usually would. Maybe it's because he could sense Amber's inner despair. She wanted to make Remnant understand what a Faunus is capable of and prove that not all of them were like the White Fang. She wanted to be apart of something huge, and it was ripped away from her just like that. "Journey around this world. The Omniverse isn't like Remnant, and I think we should learn as much about it as we possibly can. Along with how were going to get you to this Omni guy."
Amber smirked at Murasaki's words. "You read my mind 'Saki. I'm going to adventure the other worlds in the Omniverse and while I do, I want you three to gather as much information on Omni and his universe as you can. I will leave tomorrow. Thanks for talking to me."
"Anytime my fearless leader." Murasaki then turned and headed back down the stairs to the base of the fort, while Amber stayed to admire the view awhile longer.
