Move Creation Workshop
Bump!
Looks alright to me. But you'll have to take out the part about it giving him an edge in melee. If I remember correctly energy swords don't function quite the same in the omniverse, in that a normal sword can block a strike from a lightsaber.

I'm well aware that this is nowhere near ready for approval cx

I uh, I'm trying to decide certain aspects. The most glaring right now is the flight pattern; I could run them as homing, a Cone Shaped AoE, Sightline, or just in the general area where my opponent is lmao.

It was also brought to my attention that i could possibly run this as a Utility move, and that I could use this move to change the arena. Essentially, if i ran it as Utility, random lightning meteors would fall from the sky at random intervals in random places. Make sense?

Do the blasts hail down all at once, or over a period of time? Do they travel as quickly as arrows or lightning? Can the move affect multiple opponents in its scope? Does it have an exact area of effect larger than three feet in diameter? Can the blasts do damage to the environment?

The flight pattern thing is up to you, it kind of depends on if you want them to all fly in random directions (conical, general area strike) or go in for accuracy (homing, sight-line). Either way, the move will deal damage to your opponent(s) if it succeeds. Also, for the thing about having it as a Utility instead of an Attack-- I'm not sure about that, but depending upon where the lightning meteors originated, you might need the Ranged Materialize proficiency.

Instead of converting it to a Utility entirely, though, maybe you could just have the blasts that do not strike opponents leave small craters in the ground/arena.

T2 The End Days: In a very mystical and whimsical display, Gamzee slowly waves his arms around in the air in an arcane sort of ritual. As he gathers the mirthful energies of the universe, Gamzee must stand still for four seconds. During this time he cannot move.  The acrid smell of plasma begins to fill the air, and flashes of violet crack the sky. Then, the clown raises his hands into the air in a grand fashion, projectiles of energy shooting high into the sky from his splayed hands. They hang suspended in the air.  When the time is right, he calls down a hellstorm of lightning, hands falling to the ground like curtains closing a play. Bolts of arrow-like lightning blasts rain from the sky. The arrows are NOT lightning strikes. They are simply blasts of energy that rain from the sky cloaked in lightning. They fall to the earth around the same speed and fashion as a hail of arrows. The blasts cover a 50 yard diameter in all directions, and functions as an AoE (Affects all those within range) The arrow lightning thingies pierce the ground only to explode a few moments later. The initial explosion is about 3 meters wide, and cause a bright, near blinding flash upon detonation, similar to that of a concussion or flash grenade. If an enemy is struck by an arrow before it hits the ground, the effect is similar to being impaled by a flaming arrow, except you know, lightning. It explodes in a similar fashion, but is much more contained and smaller than an exploding arrow that has hit the ground. An impaling arrow also does not flash. The entire effect is similar to being caught in an awful thunderstorm/hurricane in terms of how many arrows and the amount of chaos going on.

I'm just gonna leave this note here that I'm scrapping the moves I had approved, but not purchased before.

Al' Gul's Saber- Tier 1 offensive super move
(Requires: Ranged pro, area attack pro, {physical strength?})

Red hood concentrates for 5 seconds to summon the blade of Ra's Al' Gul. The sword is a two foot long katana with a obsidian bone hilt. The blade has a lime green hue that encompasses it. Red swings the sword causing a lime green line of energy to surge forward in a  5 foot radius which can strike up to 3  opponents. One this energy surge has struck the sword disappears immediately.

Need help refining this, also I think it would cost 600 but I'm not sure. Help!
@ Red-Hood, You are correct, the price is 600 OM! I'm not certain if the "can strike up to 3 opponents" bit is necessary, though, since super moves usually strike... well, whoever they are aimed at. Since this has also been posted in the Move Approval thread, I guess this (really late) reply isn't needed anymore. Sorry! ^^;

@ Gamzee Makara, I still think you're good to move on to the Move Approval thread, but if you want a second opinion that's fine!

@lol its cool jade thanks for the feed back glad to know that I might not have to fix much when its gets reviewed
You can't stop crime. That's what you never understood. I'm controlling it. You wanna rule them by fear, but what do you do with the ones who aren't afraid? I'm doing what you won't, I'm taking them out.
Palm Blast: (300):
Holding out the palms of his hands,  Warren will gather a blackish purplish energy and then shoot it as beams from his palms of his hands. When the beam hits it would hurt like nobody's business.  The Palm Blast would also do a fair amount of damage.  The move is one that Warren will pick up on his way to Camelot.  The Palm Blast is based off of an ability Warren once had.  These beams are about double an arm in width and length. 10 can be shot before they have to be recharged. These don't have any need for them to be charged at all.  This takes about a second to recharge.  The attack itself sorta looks like the picture shown below except for being purple.

(These are questions the admins will ask)
How large are the bolts?
How many can you fire before reloading/recharging ?
Do they have to be charged up or are they instantly shot?

Alright I believe I've resolved that.
Looks good to me warren. You could move this to the move approval or wait until you have the OM. Admins may still have you change some stuff but you're closer to being complete

The part of this move that I have bolded and underlined needs to be removed. All attacks like this require a charge time.

10 beams with a one second long charge time is way too powerful. I would recommend instead stating how long it takes to ready 2 weak beams in short succession, maybe 3 seconds. That would be more balanced.

A stronger beam would require about 20-30 seconds to charge up. Recharging the beams would take about 5 minutes once he has used this technique.

Having a strong beam and a weak beam makes the move variable, so this move would be priced at 600 OM. On a side note, without the Area Attack proficiency, they can only strike within three feet in diameter.

I would suggest bumping the single weak beam's firing rate/charge time down to just 1 or 2 seconds. The stronger beam is fine!

The recharge time of 5 minutes is super high and there isn't a need for it when you already have the other charge times for the beams. I do not think it needs to be included in the move description because of this.

How fast are these beams? Do they fly as fast as a bullet, an arrow, a pitched baseball, etc?

I believe I've edited the version above to hopefully be acceptable.
Yep, you can post this in the move approval thread now if you'd like!

Normal Move:
Yojimbo Style: Rashōmon Rush (300 OM)

With his blade sheathed, Hiro gets close to his opponent, and shoulder checks them backwards. As they stumble back, arms flailing, he unsheathes his blade and performs a simultaneous strike with sword and scabbard aimed at their limbs, finishing with a horizontal scissor cut at head level. Hiro is vulnerable to counterattack directly after his finishing slice due to the awkward position it leaves his weapon in, and cannot use Burst Movement for five seconds afterwards. Additionally, if the shoulder check does not lant, this move is interrupted.

Hello, move gurus! I'm trying to turn the sea shell AndrAIa utilized as a child into an offensive weapon for the adult Matrix. This is completely inspired by Captain America's vibranium shield, and I'm trying to mimic it as closely as possible (Melee Offensive, Defensive, Ranged Offensive). This is outside my "move comfort zone" so I would love some feedback, if possible. I also definitely enlarged the size, but you know....Omni-land. Lastly, I have no idea if Remote Control, Homing, or neither are required for the shield being able to bounce between targets and then return to him, or at least end up in a position for him to easily recover.

Sea Shield (900?) – Requires Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency, (Remote Control/Homing Proficiency?)
The Sea Shield takes the shape of a circular sea shell, measuring approximately 2.5 feet in diameter. When AndrAIa was younger, she wore the gigantic sea shell as a breastplate, but discarded it as she grew older. Matrix then adopted the shell as an offensive weapon as he grew older, utilizing it as an offensive weapon, instead. He can utilize the shield with either hand. Like Gun, he can summon it to whichever hand he desires from a short range, without actually making contact with the weapon. It can be used as an offensive weapon, affixed to either of Matrix’s forearms for powerful striking. Likewise, Matrix can hold the shield up and use it to take the brunt of an attack, utilizing its original purpose. Lastly, Matrix is capable of throwing the shield and skillfully bouncing it between targets, making it an effective ranged attack, as well. He can manually throw it with great velocity, slightly faster than an arrow shot from a bow.
