(I'm going to need a judge for this... Does this seem fair to everyone?)

Jams is the kind of guy who likes getting in pseudo-fights with people to simply practice adaptability for various fight scenarios.  How my first plot concept could work is as so:
1) Jams asks Harry if he wants to have a practice fight.
2) Harry says yes, as he is cool with it, OR no, seeing as he has to take some various object somewhere for a shady person.
3) Jak sees the object and mistakes it for something relevant to him, and thus believes that Harry took it OR he assumes he was delivering it to a shady person.
4) Harry is attacked by Jak, prompting Jams to come in and try to help Harry like the naive moron Ihe is OR he tries to mediate the fight by calming Jak down while also protecting Harry.

Well, if Jams were to phrase it as him trying to be better prepared rather than "HEY FITE ME" Harry would probably say yes, but I'm not sure what he'd be carrying that Jak could mistake for important to him, seeing as Harry's highest form of technology is a six-shooter.

Well, we just need Jak to want to fight for some reason. Maybe there was some random bounty on your head that was given under the table rather than taken public? Or maybe someone just reeeally hates Jams through the few seconds of interaction he had with that group. Doesn't have to be real IC, just believable given the general IC circumstances as well as with the character's personalities. For instance:

Jams walks up to Harry and asks for a quick battle. No deathmatch or anything, just a quick battle for practice if he has the time. Harry says yes/no, and then as they are getting ready to battle, Jak does a thing and Jams comes in to help Harry.

The main issue is why. A bounty could do it, so could some random mcguffin. Heck, we could even just have Jak join in on the practice fight.

Alright, so we got a bounty, some random mcguffin, and just a 2v1 practice battle. Shall we vote? If so, I vote for the bounty.

I'm not sure about this, but how about a weird idea off the top of my head. It's way off from my previous idea but how about this: Haven City (Jak 2, early) Baron Praxis owns the city with a iron fist but tries to convince Harry and Jams that a "prisoner" had broken out of the local prison and is causing mass chaos in the city and is ruining everything good he had in mind for the city.

That seems enjoyable. The non-canon-ness lets us do fun little prompts like that that don't really make too much sense but seem like a good time. Harry could freeze off an alleyway entrance in front of Jak and walk up with his duster billowing ominously.
