I caved and got Yellow. Got Pikachu, Butterfree and Nidorino and almost through Mt. Moon. Never done the Mew glitch before so this should be interesting.

Finally made it through that muthafuggin' Pokemon Tower. 90% of the Move base for my Pokemon at the time were Normal types, so it was a pain... BUT! After getting the PokeFlute, I caught me a Snorlax and made it to Fuchsia City. A couple of Safari Zone runs later and my team is nearly complete.

I cranked up Soul Silver and started playing. While I loved playing Yellow, the nostalgia wore off quick, and the lack of extra XP being transferred over to the next level became extremely irritating (especially since I'm a dragon guy).

I just got down defeating the 3rd gym leader (her name eludes me right now, but she's the one with the Normal-types).

I couldn't think of a name of the Bellsprout, so Amaterasu got volunteered.

Also, this is Pokemon Blue. No Growlithe in this version.

Did the MissingNo. Glitch more times than I care to recollect, but my team from above are all level 100, have max stats, and I have 250 summin of Masterballs, Max Series of Items, Full Heals, Restores, Elixers and have a bunch more Rare Candies, Proteins, etc. left over from the steroid abuse. Working on getting the team a ideal pick of Moves before I take on Blaine.

Blaine, Giovanni and the Pokemon League have been crushed by my uber team of greatness. Just one last thing to do. Use a Masterball on Mewtwo.

Just bought Red. Vad is my name. Kaden (from Chubbs) is my rival. Doing a Squirtle build. Naming Squirtle, Alex and I'm not evolving him past Wartortle.

Tell me now if you want on my team. Jeff I'm thinking Ganon is going to be my Ekans since Red has Ekans early on. If I remember my guide book correctly.

Ganon should be your Mankey/Primeape. They look like piggies.

On my game, I got my Mewtwo and he's now level 100. My team is built and is unbeatable. If this could be fought online, I'd challenge ANYONE to a fight.
