To clarify the ruling, it simply means that you cannot delay the fight longer than 7 OOC days.

Please clarify Omni because Both Proto and Minato just said you You cannot delay it 7 days. telling us that it has to be split down the middle meaning 3.5 days

What? No, I said that both parties will agree on a time to prepare that is between one day and seven days. Not that it can't be seven days.

The whole point of mentioning it is that Sauske can have at least 7 days breathing time before the fight whether Thaal wants 7 days or not. To have more Thaal would have to agree and of course they can agree to less.

As to Desco: Sasuke never opted into the flaghing system, and EVEN IF HE DID, he wouldn't be able to flag Red because he's carrying artefacts. You can't just sit on your hoard and claim preference.

It's fine that you want to pvp. I don't like forcing very short timetables which is the spirit of the pvp flags system that I agree with. I don't like that you don't follow that spirit, trying to set up someone after a saga and then also trying to force a time table without giving some leeway for real life. And that is why I am looking to help Sauske IC.

Great if you want to fight and not allow IC time, I don't like how you are trying to force OOC time in a way that is meant to force Sauske to surrender for OOC reasons.

If Sasuke said, "Ok, hey, I have IRL stuff going on, so let's reconvene in a month, same situation same fighters, and we'll have it out,"I'd be more inclined to be cool with that.

But he's not. He's stalling. He's trying to weasle his way out of it.

If he's NOT weasling, then the offer stands: AGREE to the fight. The original participants using the same moves, the same items, and the same place with the same support, any time up to a month from now.

My insistence on not allowing him to stall is entirely based on OOG concerns of him cheating or trying to wiggle his way out of the situation.

I do totally see what's you're saying though, and if you wanna fight, by all means fight, but don't assume you know my agenda.

You have no idea what goes on his is everyday life. Let me fill you in, he works at a 8 plus hours a day and when he comes home we have a new born baby we have not seen all day to take care of and then sleep to do the whole thing over again.

Do you know why he hoped into this event in first place? Because of me it was my first event I am farily new to the site and had no alliances at all. He never wanted to win. He only posted like 4 times in the entire saga. 2 of those times being written out on the weekend,

Doesn't Sas have a kid on the way? Pretty sure he does, and those little sprogs suck up your time like a black hole. Either way, if he doesn't want to fight, I agree with most of the rest of that post. You could always attempt to flee, or agree to redo it some time later if you don't want to fight. We're all reasonable adult human beans, and I hope you peoples can find a compromise if folks are busy.

I agree with that, and with the latest ammendment to the purchasing rules I wouldn't mind a delay, so long as a SOLID LIST of those actively involved, we can all move on and come back to it.

Hey man, I generally agree. The reason the base assault went down the way it did and the way I'm so stringent in this case is because I don't trust Sasuke to play it with a sportsmanlike spirit. I could be wrong about that, but every tiny amount of wiggle room he's ever had he's exploited and complained about. I need to to be airtight to have any real confidence of it going down properly.
