The difference being is that Sasuke didn't -die-, so he's essentially just being transported back to the Nexus. It's the same for everyone, unless you actually died during the event. But as per, unless a higher up has something to overrule this, then forget I said anything.

Because several individuals have Vita Compasses, know what he looks like, and the rough area where he'll be, I'm pretty sure he counts as High Profile.

It wasn't stated in the saga rules exactly where in the Nexus he'd respawn either, so theoretically he could respawn right next to a gate.

Everyone spawns back in the nexus. The spawn point in the Nexus is the fountain. Simple as. And then there's the Vita Compass argument.
