Character history:
In the the infinite dimensions of the Marvel Universe lie a pocket of reality wherein an alternate earth existed, Earth-69. This Earth had long been strip mined of it's resources and turned red and irradiated, a veritable prison planet, where the unwitting denizens slave away for their supreme leader, Emperor X!
Young Charles Xavier, born to one Brian and Sharon Xavier, graduated a 16 with honors from Harvard. After his graduation Xavier began to grow bored, and sexually curious. Using the power of his psychic persuasion he hypnotized the first and most attractive girl he could find and slept with her. After that seminal moment he became what can only be described as Earth-69's most unrepentant drug and sex fiend.
Using his disposable income and powers of mental domination he went on a sexual rampage doing nearly every act an every drug imaginable, but sex and money wasn't enough to satiate his twisted desires. Soon Charles Xavier set his eyes on the political world. Starting with America he began influencing leaders in business and politics. But Magneto, and Aladdin Sane, two homo-superiors, began to recognize his evil and assembled a super team to stop him before he hypnotized the entire world.
Charles knew he had to do something, so he used his maddening intellect to build a time machine and time traveled back into time to May 1, 1776 where he started the Bavarian Illuminati. He sailed the seas and became a fearsome pirate, losing his left and feminine eye to buckshot in midship combat. During this period he discovered the Founain of Youth or the Nectar of the Gods, the exact details of which still remain a secret. He trained a few disciples including James Howlett and Aleister Crowley in preparation for his global takeover.
By the time the future approached he had already solidified his victory against the Avengers, the Brotherhood, enemies from outer-space, and the heroes of earth either by simply commanding them to kill themselves to by absorbing them into his conspiracy against their will. Most simply continued their lives without noticing as Emperor X mind controlled the elite ruling families of the world. He created two clone detachments, Kaguya Squadron and Nephilim Squadron, a legion of Wolverines and a legion of Deadpools of various shapes and sizes, trained by Taskmaster.
But as thousands of years passed his immortal reign began to grow tiring. Mutants and their human slaves were all his astral playthings, most lived in virtual realities watching endless porn and playing video games. The God Emperor was suddenly blindsided by one of his Deadpool minions! He had stolen the relic of Magneto's helmet from the Imperial museum. What a careless oversight.
They stood on top of the World Trade Center above the lake of fiery industry of earth where the humans did as Xavier thought, "Nephilim guard #999, return the artifact and lower your pistols," the Nephillim guard responded with sarcasm "You have no idea, we are just character's in an introductory roleplay post on a play-by-post forum." He then opened fire on Bizarro Xavier and caught him in several places. They grappled on the balcony and suddenly fell from the WTC towers hurtling towards earth.
Suddenly a temporal rift opened and swallowed them both.
Bizarro Xavier emerged in the omniverse pulling his cutlass from the Nephillim guard who lay lifeless. He had been shot in a several places and looked around, "Where am I?"

Looks like Professor X. Notable differences include, eye patch over left eye, no wheelchair, and is transgender having women's breasts but retaining a male member.
