There was never an official figure. It was debated on whether the 6'3" figure was with or without the suit, because a lot of people said it was ridiculous. But according to this picture, about the same. I think that was from a NoA magazine, or guide?

See, that's what I would've expected the height difference to be; very slight. 6'3" is pretty damn tall, but not unheard of. I've met a ton of women who are around that height. She'd still be shorter that I am.

5'9" is a solid height though, I can't imagine height really being a defining feature of Samus.

See, there are some people that see it like this, which is interesting, though not how I see it. It's interesting to note that they've decreased her height in-suit as well in the portrayal of Other M. All the other dudes are taller than her.

Yeah I'm with you there. Her movement in all the games feels significantly more like a body-suit than a mech suit like that. Also, Smash Bros has her changing into Zero-suit as basically just shedding armour.

I think I am definitely going to wait a good 24-36 hours or so before I write up another post. I'm not entirely sure what's going on with post order anymore so I think I'm just going to let things settle a bit further.
