Warning! The file may be corrupt. Open anyways?

The familiar rasp of the Dean of Security seeps from the dataverse device, his (Its?) voice dripping with corruption.

"Nealaphh. I have concluded my mission in Camelot. Rebecca seemed to enjoy the festivities, and after I killed some irritating rubber-man, her new... hat. I encountered two warriors of note during my time there: A Weiss Schnee, and a more... eccentric figure who declined to give their name. Schnee. Young woman, military-training. Fights with a rapier than seems to channel some form of-" Several hacking coughs break up the recording at this point. "Magic. Skilled combatant, clever, and with more fire in her than most of the weaklings I've run across. A worthy addition, if they can be convinced."

A rattling intake of breath, the distant noises of the Kingdom going about its business as wooden wheels clatter across cobblestone paths and merchants haggle over minutiae.

"And the Nameless one. Strong of will, and strong of arm. From what I saw, they'd been taking trophies from previous opponents. A salvaged arm, a length of ribbon. From their... display of scars, they established themselves as an experienced warrior, to say nothing of their skill in combat. While I doubt that they would be amendable to joining The Institute on a long-term basis, they could be a powerful, temporary asset, provided we can entice them."

"As for my own performance, I'm afraid it wasn't much more than... adequate. First opponent was Schnee, which was suitably invigorating. Next was the malleable man, who proved suitably vulnerable to gunfire. I was stymied against the final one. After a brief talk on the meaning of life, metaphysics, and the like, she blundgeoned me comatose with a rock, leaving a significant amount of my brain in the arena."

"I got better. Do you have further orders, Lord Nealaphh?"

There comes an almost immediate reply, as digitized words, bleary yet legible, begin to scrawl across the smudged HUD inside Okor's ancient helmet.

Okor

Good to hear that you are as well as ever. I trust your interninable pestilence has delivered you safely back into the efficacy.

But, enough niceties. Your report of the Schnee girl crosses over neatly with a Prime I already had interest in. Much like you and your erstwhile, visionless counterpart, Schnee and this other Prime hail from the same world of origin. Certain elements are in play that will hopefully deliver the pair of them into my influence, but these things cannot be rushed.

I myself am only barely recovering from an unfortunate attempt to get Demetri Malius out of trouble with New Babylon, but I was temporarily waylaid by the Prime known as Gildarts. Malius' place, however, has been filled by a Prime by the name of David Monroe. A visionary such as ourselves; I feel he will make a fine addition to our initiative. Currently we are en route to the Pale Moors so that Monroe can begin construction on an arcane academy of sorts, which will also give me a sound location to begin fabrication of the weapon to be used against Volvagia.

To that end, your current directive is to try and muster as much force as possible to array against the beast. I remember that you had an interest in uniting the Orcs of the Tangled Green. Perhaps once you have a functional military contingent, it will be at juncture where they can test their mettle against Volvagia's hordes. A fair matchup, I should think.

Beyond that, there are too many variables to mitigate. Do as you will to accomplish your goals; I have no reason to doubt your resolve. Any fool can develop talent, but it is only an inexorable will that can change the course of fate.

I trust we will keep eachother apprised.

My regards to your tenants.

Headmaster Nealaphh
And, we dream of home I dream of life out of here Their dreams are small My dreams don't know fear I got my heart full of hope I will change everything No matter what I'm told How impossible it seems We did it before And we'll do it again We're indestructible Even when we're tired And we've been here before Just you and I
Don't try to rescue me I don't need to be rescued
