Completed Quests still listed
#1
So, I was clicking through the information pages on the various verses, basking in the glorious ambiance of newly updated information (thanks Alex!) and the comforting glow of the familiar, when I noticed something. Some of the unique quests that I know have been completed are still listed as available.

In the Pale Moors:

Lycanthropy, Only Worse - Completed by Strazio Rockwell and Gamzee Makara

In the Vasty Deeps:

Curse of the High Time - Completed by The Vision and Frisk

Gala Date - Completed by Sabrina

Just though someone should know.

But what do you do about quests completed by Primes who have since switched or gone inactive?

I'm on mobile at the moment, so for now they've just been crossed out. Thanks for the heads up.

Personally, I don't really like the way we're currently doing Unique quests, specifically because of what we saw with the Curse of the High Tides quest. We had four or five people all working on the same quest, all in completely different ways, and only one person was able to receive the reward for it. I like having them, and I think it's a good idea, but I think that we should have a thread devoted to saying who is currently doing what unique quests, that way we don't run into such an issue again.

But hey, that's just my two cents worth.

Gala Date was a very awesome quest - I can see why it wouldn't be repeatable but now that I have swapped Sabrina out perhaps it could be retconned that the events in that thread never took place?

Don't think I was there for the context, but people often label Quests.

It's your writing, so if you're fine either deleting the thread or moving it to the Creative Corner/decanonizing it, I have zero qualms reopening the quest for someone else. I obviously love the Vi NPC.

Personally, I think it would be a shame to retcon Sabrina's gala date - it was one of the first things I read on the site, and it was frankly fantastic.
