So. If I summon secondaries, can I let someone else control them if I wish?
For example, if I were to summon two secondaries, would I be allowed to let Amaterasu/Alexyana control them in our RP, instead of controlling them myself?
In return, would she be allowed to do the same?

Yes. I actually have one of Retane's secondaries, permanently.

Just simply post in the Astral Realm in the Special Verses forum
No like how do I write it? Like a dream or like he is in the Astral realm itself

But of both, really. They're physically there, but they ain't gonna go exploring too much Take a look at Lubbock's 'A Night Raid Nightmare' for a bit of help.

So there's something pretty big I want to do in my next post, but I think Athena will need a Super Move to pull it off. My question is, can an Attack Super Move be counted as such even though it does not physically harm the target(s)? (Something like temporary paralysis, for example, although that's not quite what I have in mind.)
Oh, and Super Moves, like regular moves, require Proficiencies and Powers, right? (For example, a Super Move that affects several people would require Area Attack?)

If the move does no damage but grants you an advantage and is not defensive, it'd be a Utility Super Move. Paralysis would fall under this umbrella.

Yes to the proficiency question, though I do want to clarify that you can't attack more than one target with a Super. If this is just for a personal storyline and you want to use if for flavor that's fine, though. Just be sure to note that if you're in a fight or a saga, they're single-target attacks. If you wanted to hit a bunch of targets in a fight you could consider making it a regular move with heavy drawbacks.

So when buying a base is there anything I need to do in the Help Desk or do I just provided the needed information in my log and update it myself?

You can provide all the information needed in your log
Are Super Moves still subject to balancing? That is, if I gave a Super Move drawbacks (such as a charge time), would that move still become proportionally stronger relative to its tier?

Nope. Super moves are equal to it's Tier.
So for the sake of sating my curiosity (a quick skim didn't reveal anything, but i reiterate quick as I'm currently at work ) is it at all possible for PC to overthrow and NPC leader in a verse? Obviously it's no small task and would require a lot of input from possibly staff, let alone the PC (lots and lots of words, I'd say).

When you pack up a base, do any secondaries/npcs within get shrunk with it?

Yea.
While this IS NOT canon, I imagine the process as something similar to Capsule Corp-style storage from the DBZ universe (albeit a condensed orb of OM rather than a capsule), and I'm sure that, like with most things, there's some wiggle room in.

Can you make an Astral Realm post if your character is unconscious? Or does it have to be dead or dreaming?
If you're new to Omniverse Shenanigans, feel free to pm me about whatever piques your interest!

But be sure to note that these are dreams in some way rather than them actively making their presence exist in the Astral Realm on purpose. Without the requisite power/item all this is done unintentionally.

Is it possible for two people to get pulled into Omniverse at the same time, from the same situation?
So that two Primes would be in Omni's introduction at once?
So for example X & Y were in a combat situation, and Z happens.
X & Y both black out for a reason, and next they wake up, they're both in Omni's introduction?
If that's not possible, it's still possible to "come out"/wake up from the introduction at pretty much the same time, yes?

Sorry, Omni doesn't hold group interviews, however, you could totally have them both wake up a he fountain at same time. That is pretty much what the scramble was. (The event that kicked offed site)
Just remember that you only get two NPC Prime slots.

While it's not entirely the same idea, the general concept is pretty dang close.
Looking at the Secondary Saga, and the survivors that made it to Omni and became Primes, the first line of Omni's introduction was given to them all in the Oververse, and then they blacked out and got the usual spiel. They were all literally 'taken' at the same time, but each got the introduction speech and whole shenanigans individually, waking up within seconds of each other scattered about the fountain.
So yes it is possible to wake up at the same time, or very near to it.
"Hold on a second, I have a call..."
"Yes, this is Wesker. Go ahead."
