I imagine they are 'Read only' type files of the Omniverse. Unless you are Omni, the Emperor or Diablo, you probably won't be able to hack the code enough to cash in the OM.

Its an interesting topic don't take my words as meaning to shut it down. But if you can just disolve an artifact how do you determine its OM worth? Would it eventually respawn somewhere in a new event? Personally even if you can cash in an artifact I would like them to eventually reappear for someone else to use/acquire.

No, and artefact only does what it is supposed to do. Just because it may or may not be indestructible does not mean you can hold it up in front of a super attack and defend against it (unless it's a shield or something).

Well I know certain Items can be sold back to certain places.... Rogue Code and Malefactor. Surely you could find a Nation that would take them off your hands in return for some OM?
