I wanted to ask, do freeform punchs and kicks do any damage if form a prime attacking another prime? freeform being its a standard punch and not a move.

Yes, they do. Regular punches and kicks are covered by the Physical Strength proficiency.

Is it allowed to have Arthuria walk on water? It would obviously be once more, RP fodder in this case, but I'm just wondering if somekind of power or proficiency requirement would deny it. (Blessing of the Lady of the Lake allows her to walk on water.)

No, They should stay in the OOC forums, that's where they originated. Just remember that OOC stuff like that (Mock fights and the such) never happened IC.

Most things like that are up to the writer's decision. If you want to lose a limb and not have it slowly regenerate, then go ahead.

Am I able to segment a Vault?
Meaning; Can i buy a vault, store various things in it, and give certain people access to certain things within the vault and only those things. Example: I give Sasuke and Deadpool access to my vault to store each's own artefact, but segment it so that i have access to both, but each only has access to their own, and to get the other's they must go through standard vault cracking procedure. Is this allowable?

I'm going to say no. You can give and take away vault permission, provided it is your vault (as in you purchased it) but segmenting a vault is out of the question. My reasoning for this is because someone could just segment a vault so that no one else has access to any items in it, even though they are in there.

So I'm saying no.

I'm going to assume you mean a droid from say, Star Wars? Either way, you can either simply make said droid a Secondary or an Assist. Difference being as an Assist, the droid could aid you in official combat for the cost of SP.

The only way to increase your actual stats is with Transformations or Power-Ups.

That isn't to say you couldn't make yourself temporarily stronger in other ways that don't directly affect stats, but....that's a whole other ball game, and generally self-buffs aren't usually a go.

Like most things in the Omniverse, Primes can do a lot to change their environment. It just takes time. The more change you wish to make, the more writing you will need to do.

Gilgamesh made a Kingdom, but he didn't do it in a post. So, yes, the role playing process is important and necessary for bigger changes.

I believe he spent a thread summoning his palace and various others building onto and creating a following. Guu did similar things when building the kingdom of Ambrosia.
