Like, assuming that the teleporter even puts him within the VAGUE AREA, when there is the entire verse to choose from, like, assume that you land right outside Nippur when you do teleport, you can't call Deadpool, construct a a teleporter, and then teleport to the Dunes, THEN travel to Nippur within a reasonable amount of time. It took Sinestro and the team like, hours to get to Nippur from TWNN and he FLEW with SUPER SPEED.

Most verses are about the size of a large city. Except for the Vasty Deep, which is fucking huge.

Aside from all that, Retane's base has no clearly listed permissions, nor do we have the rules that support YOU buying additions to HIS base.

As for him traveling through the dunes rto our location. Your members seem to travel the sands and make it on time with relative ease. The only thing keeping DP from joining was the fact that he was two verses over. With him being in the dunes, he is clear to join...

Actually, that's not true t all? Additionally, even if it was, you're on the other side of like... Chicago, and you have to run to the other side of the city on foot. That'll take more than an hour. If you wanna stop and create a vehicle out of Omnilium, that's an additional five minutes, then still about thirty to drive there.

Actually, that's not true t all? Additionally, even if it was, you're on the other side of like... Chicago, and you have to run to the other side of the city on foot. That'll take more than an hour. If you wanna stop and create a vehicle out of Omnilium, that's an additional five minutes, then still about thirty to drive there.

Also, it says random, so, you don't know where in teh verse he will appear.

No, there's no time limit on how fast he can use it, but how fast can he MAKE IT?

The members I've got in this fight were all ALREADY IN ROUTE to Nippur. Stewie was, Dean was already there, etc. It took Sinestro, Orion, Gildarts and Protomouse several hours to get there. That's why there are travelling posts.

Well, we say "random" specifically to avoid people from showing up at jsut the right time in the right place, like this. This is specifically why that clause exists.

Like, we could invite the ENTIRE OMNIVERSE into ANY GIVEN FIGHT based off of the method you are describing, and it CLEARLY betrays the spirit of the rules.

No, there's no time limit on how fast he can use it, but how fast can he MAKE IT?

There is no time limit on how long it takes to craft the telepoter... buy it and you are good to go... Making the teleport is like fodder, at best.

He'll be in the verse and can make it to us with one travel post. =/

Assuming that a thing that LITERALLY TELEPORTS YOU is more complicated and OM dense than a hut in the middle of the woods:

Summoning a proper house would take at least an hour (two or more hours for mansion-sized properties), whereas a very small hut - literally four walls and a roof - could be completed as quickly as in fifteen minutes.

Base upgrades don't take time. Please quote the rules that led you to believe this, because I've never seen anything like that. Once you pay for it, like a communicator, you can use it right after purchase. =/

Edit: As far as I am aware there is no time length you must wait in order to use a base upgrade... or any item for that matter.

Edit 2: yea, things take time to summon, but that is a fodder type of deal and IC, nothing OOC prevents you from using the teleporter right after you purchase it. You can literally roleplay having the upgrade the whole time and only now are beginning to use it IC...
