To anyone participating, or hoping to, please update your rosters and make sure all your moves are in there. I know how hard it can be as both an opponent and a judge, fishing for a move you can't find, with only a short descriptive explanation because of a limited word count.

It also helps out the team, so they can be like, "Sinestro did a thing with his ring, while I, GILDARTS, punched a rock."

Also here's a makeshift one in the Babylon forum

Past the plains of the Dunes you see a Magnificent White Palace almost scratching the clouds. As you grow ever closer you see a small wall guarded by a few Babylonian Troops with their Silver Chainmail.

Once you enter you see a lively town of people bustling around; taverns, bakeries, the works. Once an old abandoned Mining Town, the glorious King of Heroes has transformed it into a bustling town. The people are happy, joyous, and safe from the evil and corrupt empire as well as the bandits from the dunes. If you approach the Palace you see giant flags of a Golden Lion and a water Statue of the Glorious King.

If you plan on staying in here, you should meet the King. He offers refuge to those who need it and offers protection and happiness to his citizens. But beware those who do not. For those who are not his citizens are filthy rebels. And Gilgamesh does not tolerate rebellions.

I think what Thaal is saying is that Okor and Tart have no real way of knowing the situation in the Dunes (IC-wise), thus don't really have a valid reason to just *poof* and show up.

Please correct me if I'm being stupid, but if they were to buy communicators and whistles (and they've been to the Dunes before) and Nealaphh were to give them a holler...maybe they could? I could be entirely wrong, but yeah. I mean only Okor would have the requisite OM to get all of the stuff, but maybe it's possible?

It's also an issue of DISTANCE. Like, the verses are not small. They made the Recall Station available specifically for this purpose, so that you could come back to a base to defense it. It would take a significant amount of time to travel all the way from another verse, even if it was just the nexus, through the gate, across the Dunes, and into Nippur. Like, there is a base purchase specifically for that.

The warp Whistle and the Recall Station would be your only way to get there.

Then the issue becomes whether or not they've been to the Dunes before.

They'd need some way to teleport there, and be close to where the action is. I'm actually talking over possibilities with Frisco right now (about DP making it), and there's essentially no way I can make this. I assume same goes for them.
