I don't know if this would as Enhanced senses, plus this is kind of a silly question.  But uh....if someone mentions or talks about Connor, is it okay if he uhm...sneezes? You know for the old wives tale............  :red:

Haha that'd be fine so long as you don't use it to lend an advantage in any way. Like you can't have him magically know in which direction the person who said his name is located or who they are or something. But if you just want a "Oh, I sneezed. They say that means someone is saying my name. Huh.", go crazy.

I have a question if a mod or anyone else is able to answer it: Since one of Temmie's moves is that it can stretch it's paws/legs very long to hit the player, would that count as a Physical, Ranged, or Remote Control proficiency?

That'd be Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency, and Elasticity together.

Would it be possible to buy a move without having all the requirements for it, and being limited to only being able to use it if i mimic all the requiremenets or later buy the necesary powers and proficients, or is that not possible?
All warfare is based on deception.

You can buy the move without having the proficiencies, you're just unable to use it. I'm not too sure if the mimicking idea would fly or not.
So can characters make things with OM and sell it for currency.
Ex. Temmie makes temmie armor and sells it to Mega Man
Mega Man can equip the Temmie armor and get a 3 point buff to defense
Mega Man makes an IP chip for Super black hole Bomb and sells it to Proto Man. Proto Man can now use the move in battle.

Is this legal? If so how would characters keep control of physical non-OM money

They....can, I guess?

The examples you've provided wouldn't fly in any fashion though, not by a long shot. Changing stats requires transformations, gaining new moves requires buying the move.

So in that sense, no, it's not 'legal'. Anything you gain by 'selling' items and the like for currency would just be fluff, or things you'd need to buy anyway. You're welcome to use the items as an IC means of acquiring said things, like using the Temmie Armor to justify purchasing a stat boost to DEF or the like.
How does one escape a battle, especially if they are the target of battle?

Run really fast.

http://omniverse-rpg.com/fights.php#Escaping_Fights

I haven't personally seen anyone attempt to flee a fight before, but I'd imagine it would function similar to the fight itself. It would just require more judge involvement as they would review each individual round rather than the whole fight. I think it would be up to the combatants whether they wanted the chase to actually count as posts towards the fight, or resolve the chase and then proceed with the fight normally if the escaper can't escape.

Other question. The fog in Pale Moors, how high is it and would a base be able to repel it from the grounds that the base occupies
It varies. Some areas (Silent Hill), it's like, legit-fog that's around ground level and makes it hard to see far in front of you.

But in regions like Darkshire, the fog is higher up and more like just a really low cloud layer.

You could probably have a base that dispels any low-hanging fog, but it'd still be dreary-looking, because there's also actual clouds that blot out most of the sun.
If I wanted to change up the descriptions of some moves to make them more accurate, and account for more variables that weren't a thing earlier (ex. Sonny was recently made an alternate form), where would I post that?
It'd only be a change in description and clarity, it wouldn't actually make the moves any different.

Just post em in the move approval thread and make sure you note that they're already purchased, you're just trying to clarify them.

Is there a problem with having an NPC in two threads at once? Mainly I need to use Genjuro again who is technically in a thread with Dr. Gero

I don't really see why an NPC would be any different from a Player-Character Prime or a Secondary in that they can only be in place at once. Higher staff can overrule me on this, of course.

This might seem like an odd question but does Dumbledore monitor the Dataverse? Especially if Hogwarts keeps popping up in it?

Finally can machinery or magic created by primes be used to process omnilium in their absence?
Darkarma: I’d assume that Dumbledore is at least aware of the existence of the Dataverse but whether or not he uses it hasn’t been directly stated. If he does ever check it, he likely doesn’t monitor it super closely as he’s fairly busy. It’s safe to assume that he’d eventually notice Hogwarts being mentioned, though. Especially if it became more prominent/discussed.

As for processing Omnilium, that’s something that Primes do passively so if you wanted to RP it as some machine or magic that Tom has, I guess that’d be fine? You obviously wouldn’t get any “extra” OM from it, though. Just the regular amount that everyone gets.

Two questions:

Is there a way for me to get Drogon's account back without being active on the account (Or Erza's if it gets archived)? I understand the roster being archived, but I was trying to tie all my accounts together and it seems it's been blocked off from me.

Is there a changelog anywhere for the rules? I'd like to keep current after being gone for a while, but it seems a waste of time to read through the whole thread again when I already know most of the rules that were there before.

For the first part, try changing the password on Drogon's account. Apparently several accounts were screwed up for that particular reason during the move to new forum software. If that doesn't take care of it then I am sadly out of ideas and someone more tech-savvy will need to assist. :psy: If it's just the roster itself that you need un-archived then the Reactivate Me topic is indeed the place to go.

As for the second, give this thread a look over. Any time an update or change to the rules is made it's generally added in there.
