Debuff Proficiency-1000 OM
Burst Movement- 800 OM
Starting Powers:
Starting Moves:
Shield Throw (Ranged Proficiency) 300:
Cap flings his shield forward, trusting in his tactical awareness to guide his throw. It can ricochet off of a single object or enemy before returning to his hand with superhuman accuracy.
Charging Star (Physical Proficiency) 300:
With a burst of speed, Cap dashes forward, shield held before him like a battering ram. He can move up to 50 ft within 3 seconds. It can leave him mildly winded.
Vibranium Shield (Physical Proficiency) 300:
Composed of a balance of steel alloys, adamantium, vibranium, and Uru metals, Cap’s shield is virtually unbreakable. It can absorb powerful impacts, dispersing the vibrations and protecting Cap from powerful attacks. It can be used as a melee weapon, and to defend against and deflect attacks. It measures in at 2.5 ft. in diameter and weighs 12 lbs. It can be fitted on his arm or strapped onto his back.
Super Move - Crippling Strike (Physical Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency) 600:
Utilizing his enhanced senses and tactical awareness, Captain America notices and exploits a moment of weakness, delivering a crushing blow with enough force to weaken his enemy’s reaction time and endurance. This attack is powerful enough to damage stone. This strike can drain Cap substantially, given the massive amount of effort put behind it. The disorientation lasts for a minute or so, depending on his opponent’s durability.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.

I've been here before, but i originally found you guys browsing on Google.
So I made this character beforehand, even submitting a sheet like this. However, I became inactive rather soon due to personal issues. I hope I can get back into the swing of things, despite my newbie status.
