Character name: PANDATRON (It's an acronym for something)
Note that the pronoun "him" or "it" can be used for PANDATRON indistinctly, or the nickname "Panda"
Character source: Original
Character history:
PANDATRON is a defense robot, with a psychovore generator. He is designed to eliminate targets and to feed off their hopes, dreams, determination and motivations. The feelings that drive people forwards driveit forwards. The flames of passion that may stir in his opponents to defeat him fuel him. That's the genius of the psychovore generator.
As such, he is especially fit to eliminate heroes.
Those who rebel against a particular thing, those who have the strength of personality to cause a revolution, those with strong convictions.
This PANDATRON is unit 3. As a PANDATRON, it isn't particular bright outside of his own programming and databases, and as an early prototype unit, it hasn't seen much of the outside world. All it knows is that he has to conserve "order" (whatever that is), or enforce it. And that the storage building is a very very boring place. Whoever built unit 3 really didn't give him much use, and just left it there to pretty much rot.
However, one day, unit 3 was simply torn out of his own universe in a spatial warp, and cast to the Nexus.
Unit 3 remained there for a while, unsure what to do. It didn't have any orders to follow. As far it knew, "doing" anything outside of his own programming was unthinkable. Yet, somehow, something clicked. Perhaps it was the overwhelming amount of heroism that permeates the Omniverse that somehow got to his CPU.
He started to become a "hero" himself. Just a little bit.
He started to call himself a "he" as well, and considered himself an individual as anyone else. He started to become sentient. Aware.
However, he did find comfort within his original programming. It felt like useful advice to follow, like the kind a mother gives her children before they leave home to play. Thus, unit 3 went out on his own quest to enforce "order" how he saw it fit, proudly using his "surname" PANDATRON as his own personal title.

Stats:
ATK: 5
DEF: 1
SPD: 4
TEC: 0
Starting Proficiencies:
Physical Strength – 1000 OM
Starting Powers:
Advanced Jump – 500 OM
Starting Moves:
DROP THE PANDA – 300 OM, Physical Strength, Basic Super Jump or higher
Panda has his face show an expression of effort and his body leans forwards, showing the intent of jumping. If he knocked out of position while charging (for example, pushed), the charge is lost. After three required seconds of charging, he jumps into the air until the apex height, and then lets himself drop straight downwards, quickly gaining momentum and lightning-fast speed by the power of this move as he falls to the ground directly below him, and impacts with terrifying strength with his body, being able to pierce a roof made of metal plating with the amount of force in the attack. He can do other actions along this move, as long as they aren't an impediment to performing it (such as using enhanced senses, for example). Due to the charging, he can brace himself for impact and receive no recoil damage (only recoil damage) from hitting something with this attack with such force. People near the area of impact can feel the ground shake and such, but receive no harm - only characters directly hit by his body get damaged. He needs to free-fall after charging a minimum of 20m for this ability to inflict its full damage and reach full speed, less height means proportionally less speed and force built up during the fall. Hitting something with this move (dramatically) breaks stealth (if he has stealth).
Psychoshock Charge – 300 OM, Physical Strength
Panda can focus for three seconds and lace his body with an electric-like charge by channeling the psychic "heroic energy" that fuels him. Upon contact with another Prime (regardless of who it is), it discharges, inflicting an terrifyingly strong shock which causes a shredding amount of sparse rips and tears in flesh to a victim as the bolts arc throughout their body, causing harm similar to as if a few frag grenades had just exploded in melee range. Panda can hold the electric charge within his body for a few minutes, after the which it just disperses.
HERO PANDA – 600 OM Tier 1 Super Move
Allows Panda's body to instantly become super resistant at will as it bolsters up with heroic energy he has stored via his psychovore generator, thus allowing him to tank even incredibly powerful attacks for a few seconds as the enhancement lasts. Can block any Tier 1 Super Move.
I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.
