Character history:
Possessing a superior intellect to anyone else in the family, Stewie began his journey obsessed with killing his mother, Lois, and taking over the world. As he grew older while never aging, Stewie lost interest in defeating “that vile woman,” taking a liking to his adventures with Brian Griffin, the family dog, instead.

The relationship between Brian and Stewie is complicated, which sees the two doing everything they can to do something awful to one another. At the end of the day, they admire one another for their strengths and weaknesses, just like good friends do.

Because of his high intelligence, Stewie is able to create some strange inventions as Time-travelling devices, laser guns and even performed interdimensional travel. This doesn't mean all of his inventions work as intended nor do they always perform flawlessly.

When was Stewie taken to the Omniverse? :

It's an average day in Quahog, His father Peter went to work, his older brother Chris was late for school as he got into a fight with his own pants, attempting to get them on. Meg, his older sister was doing something, no one actually bothered to check up on her. Lois was being a good mother and providing Stewie with the nutrition he needed to get through the day. The dog of the house and one of his best friends spend the day with him and yet another adventure arose. After a long day of time travelling Stewie, gets tucked into bed with his teddy bear Rupert. He goes to bed and sleeps peacefully, untill he wakes up and sees the grinning white deity.

Starting Moves:
Laser Pistol (300 OM): Stewie wields one of his own early inventions as his primary weapon. This pistol is wielded in one hand and is the size of a normal handgun. It is able to fire a laser every second with a maximum of firing it six time before the weapon has to recharge. If he fires with pauses he does not have to wait until it recharges. Recharging after firing it too fast takes 10 seconds. The lasers that emerge from his weapon are red colored and have a range of 60 meters. It can set fire to flammable liquids or other high flammable material.

Freeze Ray (600 OM) : The second function of his laser pistol is shooting a freeze ray. The blue ray has a range of 60 meter as well with the added function of freezing the target it hits. When it hits a person it will apply a cold debuff, depending on the targets defense this varies from moving slower for 7 seconds or be frozen for 5, This will be determined during RP ( if the defense stat is higher then stewie's attack stat target will not be frozen ). When the ray hits a non organic material, it will freeze the material and it will act accordingly ( For example, Water will take the form of ice , dirt will become hard and slippery, Grass will become frozen and shattered when stepped on ). On a non organic material the freeze ray can be applied for a longer period of time to increase effect. The ray cannot be fired for longer than 5 seconds. When fired, no matter how brief it will need a whole minute to recharge. He is able to switch back to normal lasers during this time.

Kung Stew (300 OM): When Stewie is forced into a corner he is surprisingly agile and well capable to fight hand to hand combat. No one knows where he got his training but his tiny fist of fury have been known to fight of terrorist. He chooses to fight with his bare fist instead of using a weapon.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that you don't need to spend 300 OM for Kung Stew, you can already do that simply with Physical Strength Prof. Another staff may come in and overrule me, but that's my call for now.
