How many RPs can ya be in?
#1
I think I missed this, but how many locations can ya be in? Lets say I make a thread at Nexus, one moving to a location, and a thread in that location while still RPing with other people at the first thread at the Nexus. Is this possible, or how does it work?

First of all, DESTINY. Second, just one.
All warfare is based on deception.

You leave your thread whenever you go to a new location or interact with a new group of people.

Just to further elaborate on this for clarification: your character can only be in one place at a time, which of course limits you to one thread at a time, and as Demetri said you would merely make a new thread when you move from Point A to Point B -- or join an existing one in Point B, if you so desire.

HOWEVER, you are allowed to have flashback topics, typically used as dreams and the like, in the Astral Realm. You are also welcome to post in the Dataverse Messageboards at any time, so long as you have a Mobile Dataverse Device and aren't actively engaged in doing other thing. That's for the Messageboards only -- the actual Dataverse requires you physically enter.

And there is also the option of writing as various NPCs of all sorts, such as any Secondaries you might summon up, wherever you want.

How would armies work, like if I were to be in my universe a Kell (leader of an entire Clan/House of Fallen), how would that be handled if their in the hundred of thousands area, only theoretically assuming i GET that high.

Also, is it possible to request for quests to make Artifacts or make a player-forged Artifact?

This I honestly have no idea. Strictly speaking you're limited to five Secondaries per level of progression, so you would never approach anywhere near those numbers to begin with.

This is probably a no-dice. You can always put in the request, but Artefacts are supposed to be rare and in limited supply, due to their power and usefulness. We already have a fair number floating around as is. You're welcome to go crack someone's skull open and take their Artefacts if you like, though.

I recall being limited to personal NPCs, but judging by New Babylon, Ambrosia, etc, you can accumulate enough influence to get people to follow you.

However, most primes lack the power to summon so many NPCs. Just summon a few recruiters, and send them out to gather some useful troops.

The first part of your question is in regards to having an army? if so, then don't count on it any time soon. The only people with Armies are high level Primes (who are mostly NPC Primes and not Player Controlled ones) with the ability to summon enough secondaries. The only other Primes to be considered as having Armies would be those who have gained a high standing in their verse and have had people (NPCs and Players alike) flock to them.

Like Colonel said. Artifacts are supposed to be rare, more will come around eventually, you'll just have to be patient.

If you make the purchase of a Base, you can have NPCs that are associated with that base, but there is no current mechanic that allows you to really treat them as an "army." They're just RP fodder/fluff for that Base, and aren't really present for mechanical purposes.

There might be other very special occasions that a PC might be APPROVED BY MODS to have a small, functional force of NPCs, but that's dependent on the situation.

Probably only for major story line events
