I have multiple questions pertaining to this 'verse.
  • How exactly does one enter the Void?
  • Are the entrances static or can they be created?
  • Is it possible for Harry to buy a move that helps him find his way to a Void entrance, or make one if possible?
  • Are the ley lines static or fluid?

    You find an entrance. This must be done through searching. If you make a topic searching for clues and then request some NPC interference, I'll point you in the right direction. This is the quest that will ultimately allow you to reach the Oververse, so it will not be easy.

    Static. You have to find an entrance.
  • Is it possible for Harry to buy a move that helps him find his way to a Void entrance, or make one if possible?
    Nope.
  • Are the ley lines static or fluid?
The ley lines are 'static' but the ground they are on does not stay the same.
