Here's an interesting study. Apparently computers can detect when you are about to betray someone based on how polite you are and other stuff.

Interesting and not all that surprising. I love that they used Diplomacy as their testing ground - so much backstabbery in that game.

I haven't actually played Diplomacy, but I love games where you can backstab people and play around with alliances. I really wanna get Shadows over Camelot.

Diplomacy legit ruins friendships, It's a slog of a game.
