Character source: Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
Character history: Geno is from sometime in the future having watched Marios adventures from Star Road, long after the events in SMRPG.

Starting Proficiencies: Ranged Proficiency (1000), Buff Proficiency (400), Area Attack Proficiency (600)
Starting Powers: Master Acrobat (400), Advanced Super Jumping (500), Survival (2000)
Starting Moves:
Finger Shot (Requires Ranged Proficiency) (300) - From one hand Geno can hold out his hand to shoot fast but weak small pellets at a rate of 4 pellets per second. These pellets fly at roughly the speed of an arrow and fall with gravity along the way (just as you would expect with any non-magical bullet/arrow but like arrows is much more noticeable than bullets.). The pellets are rather inaccurate usually striking around the spot they are aimed at.
Star Gun (Requires Ranged Proficiency) (300) - From one hand Geno can replace the hand with a metal cylinder and rapidly shoot bursts of fist sized star projectiles. These create small yellow explosions on impact. While stronger than the Finger Shot, the Star Gun can be draining when used repeatedly.
Geno Beam (Requires Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficency) (900) - Geno signature magic attack, he changes one hand out for a metal cylinder and charges energy. While he may move during this he cannot use other magical attacks until he has finished. He then shoots a tracer beam that quickly expands into a body sized beam 6 feet in diameter. The beam envelops whatever it hits that isn't struck by the entire diameter allowing it to continue past to strike more targets. This move has three stages of charge a minimum of 10 seconds, 25 seconds, and finally 40 seconds each progressively stronger and more draining.
Geno Whirl (Requires Ranged Proficiency) (300) - Geno creates a magical yellow ring 1 foot in diameter and 3 inches wide in one hand and throws it. The ring moves extremely fast, leaving a fading image behind it that fades to black before disappearing and deals light damage.
Geno Boost (Requires Buff Proficency) (600) (Super Buff 1 SP per 3 posts) - Geno focuses his magic into his hands and brings his hands above his head. Then above an ally's head a cloud forms and a bunch of red up arrows form inside and float up about a foot from the cloud then disappearing. Once complete this gives the person +1 Att
