I'm not sure if Rapture keeps very close track on things happening to its citizens, but I figured someone taking out a Big Daddy and abducting a Little Sister would at least be notable.

Not sure if they do bounties though.

Nealaphh also got into another quick fight with the Empire. It actually didn't kill anyone this time, but it did knock over an AT-ST. *god-shrug*

So it was with the help of a really big and powerful giant doing the actual muscle work and some tactics, but Raal participated in the deaths of at least a good dozen dwarven militia and the injury of dozens more.
So yeah he probably deserves a bounty.
