A New City
#1
I entered Coruscant, and was amazed by the sights. I slowed to a walk to admire the view. Skyscrapers dotted the skies. Flying cars traversed through the air. Everything seemed to be higher than technology even S.T.A.R Labs could provide. I kept looking around the city, pausing for a moment to soak it all in. I noted especially a large library and a central tower, the latter being taller than all other buildings. I walked forward, and noted only more skyscrapers.

This city doesn't seem half bad... I thought to myself. I sighted some parks, but walked past them. Things weren't very interesting on the "what's ACTUALLY happening" scale. The streets were pretty calm, compared to what Central City was like every week.

God, can something actually happen? I thought, continuing to look around for something to do. I noted two places, a pizza place and a bakery, next to each other. Shrugging it off, I then took a turn and started heading towards T2, unaware of the different tiers of Coruscant.

I reached the area, and shortly after, noticed a small patch with a few guards, guns at the ready, outside a bank. I heard an alarm that I couldn't hear from T1 of Coruscant.

"There must be a robbery." I said to myself. I then sped towards the bank. Darting past a few guards, I burst through the door, and came face-to-face with a robber. They turned to run. I dashed in front of them at super speed, and disguised my face with vibrations. My voice was also disguised. "Don't try to run from me. It's a lost cause." I said. I then performed some speed punches, and quickly knocked out the robber. I then dashed away, while the guards took the robber into custody.

I then stopped, back in front of the bakery and pizzeria, exhausted. "Man...I need to get something to eat..." I said. I walked into the pizzeria.

"Hello! What would you like?" the pizzeria owner said. He had a thick Italian accent, almost as thick as the deep-dish pizza crusts looked. He wore a red shirt, blue jeans, and a cooking apron. He, surprisingly, didn't have the stereotypical mustache or chef hat.

"I'll take a pepperoni pizza." I responded. Quickly, the pizzeria owner got to work. I took a seat at a table, and waited for the chef to complete the dish. I saw him placing the pepperoni on the dough with sauce and cheese. In the meantime, I thought about the world I left behind...Central City...The Reverse-Flash...The Reverse-Flash...

I was angered that I let the Man in Yellow get away. I calmed down quickly enough, but I hoped that the Reverse-Flash didn't hurt anyone while I was here, in the Omniverse. I then received my pizza, and stopped thinking about it nearly instantly. I started chowing down on the pizza happily.

"Compliments to the chef. How much will it be?" I said to the chef.

"20 Omnillium." the chef responded through the heavy, stereotypical accent. "Wait a minute...Are you a new Prime?"

"Yeah..." I said.

"It's on the house, then. You must not have been brought here by the flyers, were you?" the chef says.

"Why, you put out an ad about free pizza to new Primes?" I asked.

"No. An employee of mine did it while I was working with the pizzas." the chef says.

"Okay...Thanks." I said. I then got up, and left, now satisfied and ready to go fight more crime.

The streets were lined with shops. Most of T1 was mostly big skyscrapers, parks and tourist traps. T2 seemed to be more about general commerce. I passed by a ton of shops, from restaurants and cafes, to craft shops, to even a few bars. But, despite all them, nothing interesting was going on around there. I sighted a hotel, and decided to call it a night. A shadow was cast on Coruscant as I entered the hotel.

"One room, please." I told the hotel owner.

"Sure thing...Name?" the hotel owner asked.

"Call me...The Flash." I said.

"Okay." the hotel owner said. She put my name on a list of patrons, and gave me a key. "Room 201." the hotel owner told me. '201' was engraved on the bronze key, so I could guess that much.

"Thanks." I said. I then went up to the third floor, and entered room 201.

The room wasn't much; a bed, a cabinet, a dresser, and a large mold stain on the carpet. I had no idea what the stain was from, and I had no intent on finding out. I shrugged it off. "Well, looks like I'm off to bed..." I said. "Not much else I can do in here, anyway..." I then hopped onto the bed and quickly fell asleep.

I woke up in the apartment building. I was hoping I was back in Central City, that the whole thing was just a dream. I looked out the window from the bed. "Nope...Wasn't just a dream..." I said to myself. I got up and dashed down the steps, using my speed, before stopping nearby the hotel owner, who appears to be cleaning the main hallway. "Hey..." I said to the hotel owner.

"Hey, Flash...Man, why didn't I think to hire a janitor?" the hotel owner responded while complaining about work. He then walked over to me. "By the way, I heard about a 'mysterious streak' stopping a bank robbery...And, then I just saw you dash down the steps at SUPER SPEED, so...I assume you were a part of this?"

"...Yeah, it was me...I was the streak." I responded.

"KNEW IT. Now the owner of the pizza shop owes me Omnilium." the hotel owner said, smirking a bit.

"By the way...I'm kinda new here, and I need to ask...What can people summoned by Omni exactly do that others can't?" I asked.

"...I guess I can explain what you can do that people like me can't." the hotel owner said.

"Alright...So, where do we start?" I asked.

"Well, for starters, Primes, the people who Omni summon, can summon Secondaries - that is, the other people - without having to wait for Omni to pull 'em through." the hotel owner explained.

"Cool...Anything else?" I asked.

"I don't know how it works exactly, but Primes can create objects...I know it has something to do with focusing, but I'm not sure exactly how it works." the hotel owner added.

"...I think I'll try something." I said. I then started trying to create something, focusing on the object I wanted to create...I summoned a smartphone after a good 5 minutes of focus and a little bit of strain. I turned it on. "There...it works. But, why is it...A bit different from a normal phone...?" I asked.

"You must have summoned a portable Dataverse device." the hotel owner said.

"...What's the Dataverse...?" I asked. The hotel owner seemed like he was growing tired of me asking so much questions.

"It's the internet of the Omniverse, with a few perks." the hotel owner explained. "If you have a base, you can get a device that allows you to enter in a simulated form, or an uplink device to enter the Dataverse physically."

"So, pretty much, the internet combined with the Matrix." I commented, smirking a little.

"...Oh, brother..." the hotel owner said, facepalming.

I shrug. "So, anything else I should know?" I then asked, eager to hear more.

"Well, you can also heal yourself with Omnilium, but nothing too bad will be healed particularly fast..." the hotel owner explained. "May take a few HOURS of focus to handle an open wound, and good luck using that mid-combat."

"Got it." I said. I then remembered my status of molecular regeneration. "Come to think of it...In my world, I had a status of molecular regeneration...Why isn't it in effect here?" I then asked.

"I don't know...Probably the limits of the Omniverse...It runs on it's own physics, your molecular regen whatever probably doesn't fit into its...Special...brand of sense." the hotel owner said.

"Thanks..." I said. "...Who are you, anyway?"

"Call me Joel." the hotel owner said. He then stepped back behind the desk where I reserved my room at.

"Alright...Joel...Now, I'm headed on patrol." I said before dashing away, causing all the papers to fly off the counter.

"...Well that didn't help any..." Joel said, starting to pick up the papers.

I dashed through the streets, dodging pedestrians. I quickly took a turn down an alley, and found nothing. I then heard another alarm go off, and it sounded like it was coming from the same bank as last time. Quickly, I dashed in the direction of the bank, lightning pulsing through my veins, wind going into my face, moving as fast as I could without becoming unable to turn.

Eventually, I stopped in front of the bank, and then dashed in. This time, I was a lot more surprised at what I saw; a man in a plain blue cap, a black jacket with a grey shirt, blue denim jeans, and brown boots. There are metal boomerangs seen poking out of the inside of the jacket.

"...That reminds me of Captain Boomerang..." I said.

"Never heard of 'im." the man responded.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Tom...Tom Arlok." the man responded. He then pulled out a boomerang and threw it towards me in an arc. I was hit in the leg, but there was no open wound. I quickly anticipated Tom's next boomerang, caught it, and threw it back. Arlok ducked it, and stayed down long enough for the boomerang to come back and hit me. He then got up, and threw another one at me. I dodged at high speeds, before landing a solid kick in his leg. He fell, but quickly got up and brought out another boomerang.

"I have to say, you are an excellent opponent..." the man said, drawing another boomerang. It seemed to be a bit sharp, and shined a little. "It's a shame this has to be over so fast." He threw the boomerang, and I ducked it. It came back around and slashed my arm, creating an open wound. I stood there for a few seconds as he dodged the boomerang and let it hit a wall. I quickly ran away, seeking to find a hospital to treat the injury.

Around 15 minutes of eyes darting around shops, I found a hospital in the middle of all the commerce. I entered, and an hour or so later, my arm was tended to.

"How did you get that wound?" the doctor asked, checking a clipboard.

"Tried to stop a robbery, got hit by a metal boomerang to the arm." I responded.

"Boomerang...? Unusual weapon for a robber..." the doctor said.

"Yeah...Well, he didn't seem to be...Just a robber. I have a feeling, he's gonna be making a comeback..." I said in response. Comeback...Gotta remember that for his villain name. I thought to myself. ...That's a lame villain name, I know, but Captain Boomerang was taken, and Comeback seemed to fit the theme. Plus, Cisco was the guy who named things.

I paid the medical bill, and dashed away, to go on patrol some more. I darted my eyes around the shops, but nothing seemed to be going on. I quickly came to a stop, exhausted. I needed carbon to fuel my speed, and there wasn't anywhere with food nearbu. I dashed a few more minutes, looking for a restaurant or something, before coming to a complete stop. I collapsed shortly after, unable to run any further.

I woke up in the hotel lobby. I looked to my left, and saw Joel. "Kinda saw you pass out there...Something go wrong during patrol?" the hotel owner asked.

"Yeah...You see, for whatever reason, my speed runs on LOTS of carbon or whatever...Not really sure...Point is, I need lots of food to fuel my speed, and I've only eaten ONCE since I got here." I explained.

"...Stupid weakness, in my opinion." Joel commented, laughing a little. "Couldn't you have just summoned some trail mix or something?"

"Shut up." I said in response. "Anyway...Comeback also got away..."

"If Comeback is some shady guy that has boomerangs, he's right across the street." Joel said, looking out the window.

"...Why'd that guy show up here? Trying to look for somewhere to rob?" I asked, looking out the window; it was definitely Comeback, in the middle of the street, trying to blend in among the crowd to get away. His cap was gone, and his boomerangs were better tucked into his jacket, but the tips were still visible.

Comeback sighted me. I saw him look right at me. He slowly moved towards the hotel. About 5 seconds later, he entered, and walked from the hallway right into the main room. "SCARLET SPEEDSTER." Comeback announced.

"...Comeback...We meet again." I said in response.

"That is a TERRIBLE villain name." Comeback said. He reached into his coat, removed his blue cap from the inside, and put it on, feeling smug.

"Why did you come here?" I asked.

"I came on business." Comeback said. "But, I saw you and thought...Why not visit...? And now we're here." He drew a metal boomerang. It seemed to shine.

"I know a few of your tricks, Arlok...Pretty sure I can defeat you now." I said. Lightning sparked in my eyes, as I got ready for battle.

Comeback threw his weapon, and the battle was on. I ducked the boomerang, then stayed down as it came back. My eyes followed the weapon as it went towards Arlok. Quickly, Arlok took evasive action as the weapon rocketed through the left hand window on the front wall, before landing in the middle of the streets. Comeback then threw another boomerang at me. I dodged, and this time tackled the weaponized crook through the already-broken window, landing on the streets. He drew another boomerang, this time with a button on one side. He pressed the button, smirking, and threw it. I redirected the boomerang, but didn't manage to aim it at him. It instead hit a nearby cafe.

Boom.

Instantly, there was a hole in the cafe. Debris flew everywhere. Luckily, nobody was hurt. I used this as an opportunity to attack while Comeback was distracted. I performed a speedy kick, knocking him back a bit, before going for a strong punch using all my force. Comeback was down, but once again quickly, well, came back. He threw another boomerang. I spun at high speeds, catching the boomerang and throwing it back at Comeback. It was metal, but it wasn't exactly sharp. It bludgeoned his head and sent him barreling over. He slowly got back up. He then drew another explosive boomerang.

"Alright, Scarlet Speedster...This means war." Comeback said. He threw the explosive at me, and I dodged. It went through the gaping hole in the wall, arced a bit, and hit the wall of a nearby china shop.

Boom.

I threw Comeback back onto the streets, and went for some speed punches. His response was to throw another boomerang at me.

"How original." I quipped while dodging. I then went for a few more speed punches, which resulted in him dodging. While wondering how he could dodge punches moving at super speed, I was hit with a solid kick to the head. I hit the ground hard. I then looked up at Comeback, before getting up. I then tackled him at super speed, resulting in a landing in the china shop, knocking a few plates off the shelves. An angry Chinese man started yelling at me because I broke his plates. Shrugging it off, I continued my combat with Comeback, performing a leg sweep and knocking him into another shelf. I heard a loud 'crash' noise, signifying plates were broken. I then went for a solid punch, knocking Comeback out of commission. I then saw a few Stormtroopers coming close, and threw the criminal to them before speeding back into the hotel through the main door.

"That...Was...AWESOME!" Joel said, obviously impressed.

"Great that you think so. Meanwhile, 3 buildings were damaged, including this one." I responded. "I'm pretty sure people were hurt in the crossfire...And that I'm not gonna be buying any fine china any time soon."

"Don't be so hard on yourself...That guy was pretty dangerous." Joel said. "And, hey...You probably saved a lot of people today, just by putting that guy away."

"Thanks...But, people were hurt. And I know it. He blew holes in 2 buildings with BOOMERANGS!" I said. "...Man, I need some rest...Today was exhausting."

I went up to my room. The moldy stain seemed to have gotten bigger. I still didn't have any intention on finding out what it was. So, I walked around it and got in bed. I was out like a light, after a hard day of getting beat up.

After having arrived from the Nexus gates leading into the highly technological city of Coruscant, the albino seemed to be annoyed at the fact that the Stormtrooper guards acting all suspicious with him like he was going to pull something out on the city.

Already a bad sign.

Atleast it beats being in that strangely eerie place that he was in for sometime but then again, he was actually in a very decent part of the city, being the first Tier which is actually rather highclass and fancy-looking that already he's already imagining himself being in a place like this as it reminds him of his base.

Speaking of his base, he was reminded of one little thing: his precious levitating throne.

How is he going to be perceived as a leader without it? After all, that is what made him stood out from the other simians of his troop as a symbol that he is their Leader, their King.

Oh, what a horrible, horrible mess he got himself in and in a sense, it frustrates him immensely as he just shook his head and clenched his fist almost if he wanted to curse the being that brought him here ill-prepared, especially without his followers to make it easier for him.

How dare he strip him away from attacking the Humans!

"Damn it all! Damn it, damn it, damn it!" he scowled underneath his breath, hoping that nobody else would notice something wrong with him as he was acting this way. "It's always one thing or another complicating things. Argh! How annoying!"

Calm down Specter, it's not the end of the world.

Afterwhile, he calmed down from his temper before he sighed and looked up to the cityscape from his location for awhile before he eventually started walking down the sidewalk and kept to himself as he was plotting, thinking of a way to attack the Humans since there was so many around.

He can't stand their presence, in fact he can't stand their looks as several were eyeing him from a distance and if anything's good for them, this is one simian they should NOT approach. Afterwhile, he rushed onwards to find a way to start out from square one again and any Human that is in his way or atleast provoke him would end up injured.

Nearby of the situation, some kids had noticed the albino all ticked off only to do one more fatal error..

"Hey, is that underwear on your head? You look stupid!" teased the little brat before another add,"Yeah, nobody is going to take you seriously with that ridiculous thing on,"

Specter's temper gradually rose.

"Hey monkeyboy, do you want a banana?" teased the third. "I got one over here~"

Specter froze as a flashback of the albino's past scrolled across his thoughts and he saw himself being teased by Humans back at Monkey Park. They were laughing at him, throwing items at him, doing spiteful things and the final straw that broke the camel's back was when the half-eaten banana was tossed over to him as it slide down his fur before plopping on the sidewalk.

Immediately, a purple aura enveloped him and before long, he rose his hand as he used his own psychic prowess to launch the brats away with a powerful telekinetic wave, causing panic in the area with the rest of the denizens scattering all around him to flee and getting the attention of nearby Stormtroopers to rush over.

It didn't help to the fact that, unknown to them, their negative reactions is actually making him more in control of the situation.

Meanwhile, I woke up, and immediately rushed downstairs. "Hey, Joel." I greeted the hotel owner as he cleaned his desk.

"Morning, Flash." Joel responded.

"I'm headed on patrol...Gotta make sure there isn't another Comeback situation." I said. I ran off, at high speeds, going at least 60 miles per hour.

I took a turn at the pizza place, and started heading towards Tier 1, not knowing about the different tiers of Coruscant. I just focused on running. Lightning trailed behind me as I ran, electricity pulsed through my veins, the air blew across my face. My eyes darted around, looking for crime. Nothing seemed to be happening much in Coruscant that day. 20 minutes after I started running, I saw a few tourist traps. Must be near the portal... I thought to myself. I continued running around T1 of Coruscant. I saw the portal. I might as well make sure everything's going well near the portal...

I then saw a park. A few kids were taunting a monkey... Another Prime...? I thought to myself. I then watched as the primate was enveloped in a purple aura. He raised his hand and seemed to launch the children away without even laying a finger on them...Telekinesis, maybe? I continued to watch. Citizens started running away from him. A few nearby gunmen rushed towards him. Looks like I have to intervene...

I ran into the park and put fists up, towards Specter. "STOP." I said. I vibrated my features to obscure my face and general appearance, and disguised my voice by vibrating my vocal cords. Lightning seemed to crackle off me, sparks could be seen in my mostly-obscured eyes. The general suit, a red leather body-suit with a hood-like mask, could be made out in the blur, but other than that it was just a ton of red and yellow.

Who was this freak getting in the way? Not even the albino knows since for some reason, he can't read his mind; seems like that childlike god has also stripped away his own powers besides his own telekinesis.

This was getting more and more annoying by the moment.

However, that lightning.. What? There's actually Humans running around in costumes trying to stop him? What the heck is going on? Agh, it was confusing but then again, he was on guard as he looked over towards the other with his red-hued eyes focusing on him and only on him, nothing else.

Not even the panicking citizens running in the background.

Among the demand of the taller male, the albino scoffed even as the surrounding Stormtroopers were coming his way, just to surround him with their laser guns pointed and ready to fire at will in case, but the major error was that Specter can decide to swipe their weapons away with his powers with the flip of his wrist and really cause an issue.

In fact, he's dealt with the police, hell even military forces and mutants before his time here, but Humans in costumes? That's a new thing.

Narrowing his eyes, he asked the other,"Why should I stop when it's a bunch of worthless little Human brats who were the cause of this issue and not myself? I was merely defending myself. They saw that I was angry and all they did is make it that much worse by teasing even to the point of mocking, and when they refuse to stop, they got their wish, so to you, I ask, why defend them when they are clearly in the wrong?"

He had a point, but then again, he was in the wrong for harming the children as they are legal citizens of the city.

He eventually shifted his eyes to look around for a bit to see that he was surrounded before he looked back at the other as he smirked,"How cute, you even have backup. Let me guess, you would want me to turn myself in peacefully all in the name of justice, is that right?"

There was a heavy sarcastic tone in his voice but he knew this routine plenty of times before (well, with the fact that it was always the Human brats that got in the way, not superheroes since they don't exist in his world) and, ninety-nine point nine percent of the time, he used this to flip the tables, overthrowing even the smallest hint of authority.
#7
"You didn't have to retaliate violently. You didn't have to attack them. They didn't mean to be HARMED." I said. I eyed the primate, noting his albino coloration, red eyes, cape, and headpiece. "Just because they threw a few insults at you, doesn't mean it's right to treat them as if they were able to do real harm. I mean, they were KIDS! What kind of actual harm could they have done to you?" I asked. I walked closer, sparks appearing under my feet. A few loose sparks landed near the simian.

A Stormtrooper approached closer, gun aimed directly at the albino primate. I ignored it. "One last thing, monkey-man...I have a feeling you're going to insist on picking more fights around Coruscant..." I sped around the albino monkey, and stopped behind him. "Do you really insist on picking a fight with the Fastest Man Alive?"

He closed his eyes as he lowered his head and scoffed,"Typical, especially in the means of your kind. The inferior kind who somehow managed to become the evolutionary chosen of a world you brought much destruction to because of selfish desires and other means,"

He lifted his head before he turned around and looked back at the surrounding Stormtroopers and walked over towards the surrounding circle, closing the gap between him and the Flash. Said Stormtroopers closed in on the circle, making a tighter security hold of the situation in case.

Just as planned.

"Another thing, you will address me as Specter," he added with his pride coming onscene. "I've dealt with authority before and I will be more than willingly to deal with it again. If you wish to take me on, I will gladly obligate,"

He likes a challenge even though he's not in his top condition..however, there needs to be one more thing done..Hmm, oh yes!

The earlier aura returned to Specter as he smirked. He was up to something as his own aura grew, strengthening his prowess further, before he instantaneously created a fantastic blast of psychic energy that engulfed the area, blasting away anything and anyone around the range of the circle.
#9
The resulting blast sent back any Stormtrooper and namely any other things flying within the surrounding area as the energy from the albino was at it's peak. The attack was so sudden and quick that surely even the Flash himself couldn't dodge it in time counting how much he is a speedster.

However, despite of being blasted back, Flash came back quick on his feet as the albino was looking back at him.

"You are really doing a fine job pissing me off, do you know that?" questioned the albino as he looked at the other with disdain. "Ah well. More fun on making you wish that you didn't challenge my authority in the first place. Pity that I can't bring you down the preferred way,"

By that he meant by brainwashing. Specter LOVED having others as pawns under him. In fact, that's why he enjoyed Jake by his side, which counted as another point against the childlike god. So far, he seems to be the only one that's caused the albino so much distress.

"Trust me when I say that I don't even want to know, but you have a serious attitude problem, I can give you that," replied Flash before he sped along to stop Specter from causing future destruction of the area that they are in.

The albino scoffed as he wasn't going to lose to this guy even if he is fast in his speed movement; if only he could tap into his mind to create deceptive thoughts to throw him off, he would!

Just by studying how Flash was moving, Specter made calculations in his mind about his speed. After all, no normal Human can achieve those speeds; was he just a superhuman that many referred in different media back in his homeworld? It looked to be. Truth was many Humans love to idolize them in conventions and that sort of thing which were, every now and then, invaded by Specter and his forces as a means of attack.

Focusing back onto the fight, what exactly can slow a speedy individual like this guy? Think Specter think.

He would continue more, but at this rate, Flash had already landed a speedy punch on the other while he was thinking of a scheme, causing the albino to grow more angry and frustrated.

"Dammit, that was a cheapshot!" the albino growled with his purple aura returning as the other replied, "Actually, not really. I got you back from what you did earlier so we're even now,"

Specter growled as he thought,'He's speedy, I can give him that but he doesn't have the capabilities like I have. I'm stronger and smarter than him and I'll always be!'

Just as the Flash came back for another round, Specter immediately rose his hands as he sent out telekinetic waves to counter him back, sending the other flying backwards crashing into several Stomtroopers in the way as the albino smirked, even though he felt the punch left a point of impact on his cheek.

Of course it was a speedy punch but it was efficient.

"You're going to wish that you never laid your filthy hands on me by the end of this!" he scolded Flash for what he did to him from earlier. "Once I'm done with you, I believe I'll go for some fun around the city for awhile longer,"

By fun, he meant by causing more mischief around; that's just how he works after all. However, what would make this fight better is if he had a powerful ally with him..yeah, he would make him suffer by all means.

Even while the fight was still going on, more reinforcements were coming in and it was a fight against the clock to see who would come off on top, however by the situation, it was turning dire. Even if the battle was won, the war rages on, which meant that whoever wins this needs to get out of the area right away.

"Damn, they're multiplying. How annoying," murmured the albino as he looked around and noticed an increase in Stormtrooper activity in the surrounding areas around the Tier. "The authorities around this place are literally breathing down my neck; this WON'T do,"

Instead of creating more trouble as a means from his earlier mindset, he's going have to go into hiding to shake them off his tail and knowing him, hiding in the shadows is the best thing to do to avoid authority. He hated it but it was the reality of the scenario.

The Stormtroopers bounced in their plasteel armor as psionic energy tossed them to the ground, a chorus of grunts and yelps echoing from inside their helmets as they slid over the polished tiles of the plaza. It had been a rough month for the peace-keepers of Coruscant, the increased numbers of violent crimes had cut a swath of hyper-vigilance through the previously lax forces. The Emperor ensured that those below him understood the importance of order in his city.

The military forces staggered to their feet, all drawing their side arms instead of retrieving their primary blasters from the ground, each leveling it at one of the two targets. Angry shouts demanded that they get on the floor, place their hands on their heads, and disengage any meta-human abilities.

The sky screamed as an ominous black shadow passed over them, the commands of the Stormtroopers drowned out by the backwash of the engines of the patrol vehicle. A clear voice called out into the Stormtrooper’s helms, the calm, disciplined tone coldly asking, “Tier One Plaza, this is Control. We have eyes on, what’s going on down there?”

The law-enforcements automatically looked up to the craft as it swept by and the highest ranking trooper, a corporal, pressed his hand into his comm as the lower-enlisted refocused and brandished their weapons at the agitated citizenry.

“Requesting backup,” the squad leader calmly stated as the simian and the superhuman tossed around insults, the white-armored enforcers words being all but completely ignored.

“Nature of crime?” the monotone dispatcher’s voice responded.

Glancing back to the scene, the officer took a quick accounting of what he’d seen. “Disturbing the peace. Obstruction of justice. Assault on civilians.” His eyebrows furrowed under his helmet and he concealed none of his anger as he spat, “And this little bastard just attacked my troopers.”

There was a short pause before the Stormtrooper heard the controller’s response, “Request received.” Another short pause. “Reinforcement inbound.”

Turning to the two combatants, the leader’s voice crackled, “I’ll give you two one more chance to STAND. DOWN.” In the distance, the rev of an engine could be heard, and a thin smile crept over his face. He flipped the safety off on his blaster and motioned for his soldiers to do the same. “I won’t ask again.”

"One question, sir." I said. "I've been protecting this city for the last couple days. I've taken on a robber, who ALSO defeated a small squadron of your guys in white, AND blew holes in a few buildings. Perhaps you've heard of him. And, to boot, I was, in fact, here to STOP this guy, knock him out, and throw him to the officers. So, to finally get to my question...Why am I under arrest? I'll gladly comply if I have to, but I just need to clarify when I was here to STOP the disturbance, I wasn't particularly trying to CAUSE it."

“Civilian interference with Empire law enforcement is a punishable crime,” the corporal barked, motioning with his blaster pistol. “If you wanna join the EPD, you’ll have to go through the right channels. Now, like I said, stand down, get on the floor, put your hands on your head, and disengage any metahuman activity. Or I’ll be forced to shoot.”

The roar of an engine echoed off of the tall, gleaming structures, filling the otherwise quiet streets of the city with its angry rumble.

His white, faceless helmet jerked in the direction of the sound. “And I don’t think that my superior will be so patient.”

"...Wow, that's stupid." I said. "No offense to you guys, but doesn't it seem kinda stupid that you're limiting people from helping? No offense, but your Stormtroopers couldn't have beaten people like Arlok unless there were at least 50 in the same spot. It was a mostly civilian-covered area, there wasn't much Stormtroopers there and it was too populated an area to get more in without having to force citizens out of the entire area, possibly having to injure them."

Walk slowly towards the officers, hands behind the head. "Now, one last thing...You're all jerks, every single one of you."

Quote:Resist Arrest

Tch, Specter can't seem to cut a break, can't he? As he crossed his arms and listened to the leader wanting to arrest him, it was ridiculous on how this situation started all with a little brat and ended up the Stormtrooper leader and all miscellaneous affiliations all on his case; well, knowing his behavior, they all can go kiss it.

He's not turning himself in, no way, no how!

"You insist to arrest me over a little punk?" he asked making a big deal out of because let's face it, Specter is the rebellious prick he is. "Aren't you Humans the pathetic ones? Ah well, it's been fun but for now, all I can say that you can go kiss it!"

Immediately, he used his powers to create powerful telekinetic waves to blast away remains of the opposing force before he ran off and took a nearby vehicular craft to get away and flew off in the traffic, causing tension among other drivers to avoid this albino right away.

As for now, he'll retreat but he'll be back to finish the fight with Flash another time as for right now, he needed to get away from authority.

Talk about your runaway monkey and worse of all, this one is a threat.

Again a massive telekinetic wave knocked the Stormtroopers from their feet, and before they could respond, the ape-like creature fled. Slapping his hand to his helmet, the corporal shouted, “Target on the move! Red speeder, road 47-93, Northbound!”

The remaining troopers jumped up and began firing, a cris-cross of red beams flashing into the flow of cars and levitating crafts. The vehicles honked and swerved wildly as the simian made his escape, none of the blasts finding their mark. “Damn it!” the squad leader swore, depressing the button again and speaking to control, “We have lost the target! I repeat: we have lost the target!”

“I have eyes on,” a gruff voice grunted across the com. “In pursuit.”

The heavily curved, assertive looking motorcycle flashed past the troopers, the familiar red, black and gold blur atop it. The corporal grinned under his helmet and replied, “Understood sir. Give ‘im hell, we’ve got the other one handled.”

The troopers then turned to the Flash, one leaning forward and snatching his hands. “Thank you for your cooperation, citizen,” he snapped, pulling out a pair of inhibitor cuffs. “Your continued cooperation will have an impact on your sentencing.” The other troopers were still unwilling to lower their guards, the propensity of Primes to unexpectedly escape something they had all been briefed on again and again. No risks were to be taken, not even for a moment.

Maintaining his weapon at the young man’s head, the corporal barked out, “If you’re serious about joining the CPD, I’d shut your mouth and go along with my men’s instructions. Maybe you can still be the ‘big hero’ after all this is over with.” He laughed to himself, shaking his head, “If you can’t follow the law, how do you expect the Empire to trust you, kid?”

---

Specter weaved between the vehicles, only to hear the cruel rev of the lawmaster creeping up behind him. A quick glance confirmed the ominous presence of the broad-shouldered Judge atop the sleek, angry-looking motorcycle.

The man’s permanent scowl deepened and two barrels extended from the face of his vehicle.

Specter looked back on the mirror to see who was behind him; so, this is their big guns, huh? Well, let's see how they are since he couldn't fight, he could play a different game. A personal favorite in fact.

"So, you must be their top gun? Alright then, let the games begin," he chuckled to himself before he sped along, swerving across the city left and right relentlessly against the traffic as he went down towards Tier 2, swerving around doing what many would consider as madness, but then again, he had his own ace up his sleeve.

Even if the other started firing at him, the albino knew what to do, however, while he is mobile, he was able to restore his own psychic prowess to build up again over time.

Specter is NOT to be taken lightly!

Expertly following after the simian, the judge continued at-pace through the streets, finally activating the flashing lights of his motorcycle. Sneering, he spoke and the speakers on the lawmaster boomed, “Citizen, stop your vehicle and place your hands on your head. Continued evasion will result in additional charges.”

The primate’s speeder pushed onward, attempting to exceed their matched pace. “Wrong move,” the man growled before a spray of bullets shredded across the concrete and pavement, the rounds eventually ripping through the fuel cells of the simian’s speeder.

Specter’s eyes went wide as his stolen craft sputtered and swerved, suddenly smashing into the earth and sending him flying, the chunks of the speeder exploding in every direction.

Swerving to a stop, the man kicked down the stand and commanded, “Bike: crowd control.” The motorcycle began warning the nearby citizenry to stay away from the crime scene as he stomped towards the battered ape.

Specter has had his rough times, this was no other, but now, the supposed Top Gun has him caught as he was on the ground, injured from the explosion of the craft.

Argh, what a pain, he's still not powerful enough and further, but he can't let it end: not here.

"Not one more step!" he scowled as he warned the Judge even though he was struggling to get up from the crash, collapsing a bit somewhat but still resisting arrest. "I'm still powerful and I always will be! You cannot tame me! I will not let you!"

There was just no end to the simian's antics, is there? He's a stubborn one alright.

The man’s helmet only revealed his deep, unforgiving scowl, his eyes concealed behind the dark glass of his red, X-crossed visor. His dark leather armor held several heavy plates and the embedded image of an eagle over the right shoulder. The only other adornment was a golden badge with the Hall of Justice’s symbol over his heart. Embedded upon the badge were the letters: “DREDD.”

His grimacing lips parted, and a rough voice rasped out, “Disturbing the peace. Obstruction of justice. Assault on civilians. Assault of an officer.” He lifted his weapon, the barrel a black void that Specter was forced to gaze down. “Sentence: execution.”

The ape stared back defiantly, his face unyielding and proud. He refused to show weakness, even in in the face of death.

For an instant, the Judge paused. “You a Prime?” he asked, almost colloquially. After a moment of silence from Specter, his lips pursed knowingly. “You’re on my list.”

The lawgiver fired and Specter's head opened in a haze of blood.
