Official Move Approval III
Ganondorf Wrote:Tier 2: Dark Beast Ganon Unleashed (Giant Body)

Atk Max 10
Def Half 5
Spd Quarter 3
Tec Quarter 3

When cunning and guile fail, and Ganondorf's own considerable might isn't enough to topple a foe, the Gerudo throws aside his reasoning and assumes the form of the monster that dwells within him. Ganon is a beast in every definition, easily twice Ganondorf's own impressive height at the shoulder and massively built. When Ganon chooses to stand on its rear legs, its enormous frame can even dwarf small buildings. This form fights with a savage fury born of the ever-present rage within Ganondorf's own dark heart. Due to the dampening influence of the Omniverse, Ganon's strength is but a mere shadow of what it once was, and Ganondorf cannot maintain it indefinitely as he was once able to. However, Ganon is still able to wreak havoc even with such constraints.

While in the form of Ganon, Ganondorf gives in to the savagery of his nature, all form of rational thought or cunning being subsumed under feral instinct. It's all Ganondorf can do to attempt to point the beast towards his enemies and hope that it does as he wishes. Even so, Ganon has shown to be able to learn and adapt, if in a simple way. In other words, while it may not display an ability to strategize, it will use an opponent's weakness to its advantage, and seek to miniimize what advantages that opponent may have.
Approved.

Gilgamesh Wrote:Poison Sting- How long does the poison last? This would be 600

I'm thinking about 30 seconds.
Put that in the description and repost it and I'll take a look and approve it.

Poison Sting (Physical, Ranged, Debuff) - Through either using a physical delivery point for the poison (eg. tail, fangs) or firing tiny poison needles from range, Ditto can inflict his target with a weak poison which causes mild pain and discomfort, and makes it hard for the victim to concentrate. This effect lasts around thirty seconds, and takes Ditto about three seconds to prepare for either physical or ranged delivery.

Quote:
Quote:Leech Seed (Ranged, Debuff): Ditto fires a small seed that, when attaching to the target, unfurls a number of vines that wrap around the opponent, slowly draining them of energy. While sturdy, the vines can be removed with enough effort.
By draining them of energy do you mean this actually gives Ditto the energy? Does this have any cool down or other downside? Does it actually immobilise the target? How fast/difficult to aim is it?

Reworked:

Leech Seed (Ranged, Debuff): As a grass type, Ditto takes four seconds to prepare a seed, the origin of which varies by his form. He then launches it with the speed of a normal throw. When it hits its target, the seed splits and around five to six thin vines unfurl and wrap around it. The vines do not cover the target entirely, so Ditto must aim carefully; he generally tries to hit the chest (to bind the arms), the thighs (to bind the legs) or the forehead (to bind the face and eyes). The vines slowly sap the energy from the opponent, but it is not delivered to Ditto. The vines are strong enough to bind arms and legs with little effort, especially if the target is not expecting or ready for it. However, a good flex of the muscles can usually snap the vines in around three seconds. If the opponent is ready for the vines, it is almost ineffectual, as stiffening the muscles before the vines latch on stretches them and makes them easier to break. Due to this, Ditto rarely uses this move twice; it is more of a surprise attack to stumble the opponent. However Ditto has been known to use this when winning a fight, as a weakened opponent has more difficulty escaping the vines.

Quote:
Quote:Sleep Powder (Ranged, Debuff): Ditto sprays a fine blue powder that makes it difficult to stay awake. If Ditto's TEC is higher than the opponent, they fall asleep. This lasts for about a minute, unless the target takes damage, at which point they wake up.
What is the range, speed, area of effect of the cloud/spray?

Rejigged:

Sleep Powder (Ranged, Debuff): As a grass or bug type, Ditto has a store of fine blue powder that he can use to put an opponent to sleep. There is no loading time, but due to the quantity, he can only do this once per fight. Ditto sprays the powder in a similar range and speed as a blow of air through pursed lips would allow (about four or five centimetres wide, travelling at a breath's speed), or if in bug form, he can shake it from his wings/body, where it falls akin to dust without the assistance of wind (so he would only do this if above the opponent). Ditto can maintain this stream for three to four seconds before depleting. A whiff of the powder makes the opponent drowsy and sluggish; if Ditto's TEC is higher than the target, they fall asleep. They remain slumbering for about a minute, unless they take damage, at which point they wake up.

Quote:
Quote:Disable (Telekinesis, Debuff): While as a psychic type, Ditto uses his paranormal powers to completely immobilise an opponent, freezing them in place and lifting them from the ground. Ditto cannot move or attack while doing this attack, and the longer he holds it, the more fatiguing it is.
This would require Homing. Is it instantaneous? Roughly how long is he going to be able to hold it against an opponent with similar strength to himself?

Redone:

Disable (Telekinesis, Debuff, Homing): As a psychic type, Ditto uses his telekinetic ability to completely encase an opponent, locking them in place. It takes Ditto about five seconds to prepare the ability, but once ready, it can be deployed instantly. Ditto must channel the ability to keep it going, and while doing this, he cannot move, attack or perform any other action. Against a target on par with Ditto's strength/technical ability (whichever is more applicable in the move's sense), Ditto can immobilise an opponent for ten seconds. A stronger opponent may only be for five seconds, while a weaker opponent may be a few seconds longer. However the longer Ditto channels this ability, the more fatigued he becomes.

Quote:
Quote:Ice Beam (Ranged, Debuff): Ditto fires a beam of pure ice energy which damages enemies. With focused aim (about five seconds), the target begins freezing over with ice. With equal or greater TEC, an opponent could break free in two to three seconds.
How long does it take to begin firing the beam? Can he maintain it indefinitely?

Updated:

Ice Beam (Ranged, Debuff): Ditto gathers his energy for two seconds and fires a beam of ice energy, damaging enemies with intense cold. With focused aim on a point (about five seconds), the impact point freezes over in a thin layer of ice. With equal or greater TEC, an opponent could break free in two to three seconds. A weaker enemy may take a few seconds longer. Ditto can maintain the ability for about 10 to 15 seconds comfortably, but any further and it becomes strenuous.

Quote:
Quote:Psybeam (Ranged): Ditto launches a rainbow hued telekinetic beam at his opponent, dealing damage.
How fast is it?

The new one:

Psybeam (Ranged): Ditto prepares for three seconds and launches a beam of telekinetic energy flashing through all the colours of the rainbow, travelling at the speed of an arrow. The beam can be maintained for up to 10 to 15 seconds comfortably, but any longer and it becomes onerous. Ditto normally uses it for short bursts of damage.

I just read I should only be putting up 5 moves per grading, so I'll leave the rest for another time and make sure they're detailed.

Why didn't I think of that? Guilmon's an OM guzzler right now... lol

Horn (300, requires «Physical Strength») - FlameGrowlmon has a horn on his forehead. He can use it to stab things.

Flame Horn (300, requires «Physical Strength») - FlameGrowlmon charges at his target and ignites the horn on his forehead. The flame is roughly 1000 °F.

Also: was Howling Approved?

Howling apparently I forgot to put my approval there, sorry. It's approved at the suggested price.

Flame Horn will need more detail. Horn is approved.

Approved at 600 due to the two different types of usages. I'm assuming the bolded form has a slightly wider area of effect. Just to say that if it surpasses 3 feet in diameter it needs area attack.

Meh. In retrospect, I don't think I need to add flames to the horn. Although, I did leave out a bit for Horn. Just realized it.

Horn (300, requires «Physical Strength») - FlameGrowlmon has a horn on his forehead. It's about a foot and a half long and has a "barb" about 3/4 of the way up. He can use it to stab things. The "barb" doesn't hook in and stick like a normal barb. It's just aesthetic.

(Fixed. Also: I think I made a mistake. FlameGrowlmon is about half the height I originally posted, standing at 7 feet-tall. I think I'm gonna scale down the actual size for most of Guilmon's Evolutions.)

Tigger!:
Claraina can return Tigger to and summon him from Omnilium. This process is quick and often performed in time with Claraina brushing a hand through her hair, which makes Tigger seem to disappear into or be pulled out of it. Claraina must be in contact with Tigger to de/re-materialize him. If Tigger is damaged or dirty, summoning him will mend or clean him but the process takes longer than usual to perform.

...yea, but what does Tigger do. I don't know your character, so you'll have to go into more detail about what it is. A sentient being? A stuffed animal?

As a stuffed tiger, Tigger does not actually do anything. This is to allow Claraina to bypass the 3-minute minimum summoning restriction for Tigger summons.
*nod* I figured that but just needed it to be clarified.

I'm not sure if this is an RP mod, if it should have any cost at all, or what. It wouldn't allow him to do anything any basic prime can't do by default, and in fact because the items ate impermanent, it's actually kinda weaker than just using OM. The only benefit it has is that he can make them and dismiss them quickly, where OM created objects take a minimum of 3 minutes. I have no idea what the cost should be.

Hard Light Constructs:
Sinestro can create small items that would normally be summoned with RP omnilium out if hard light. These items are just like all of his other constructs in that they are temporary and completely dependant on his concentration. These items can be broken and their durability is a reflection if his focus (meaning less focus is less durable). If his concentration is ever broken, the construct stops existing.

Jackhammer
Requirements: Physical Strength Proficiency
Through intense training, Belle is able to momentarily deliver attacks so fast that many punches appear to meld into one, causing unexpectedly heavy damage. Using this technique, her punches can penetrate walls, concrete, armor, and deliver damage even through the thickest of skins.

Platinum Rush (Super T1)
Requirements: Physical Strength Proficiency
Channeling all of her energy, Belle unleashes an absolute tidal wave of physical attacks. Her empowered strikes are so fast in this state that the space between her and her opponent becomes opaque. While lacking in range and possessing little flexibility in application, its power is undeniably devastating. The one oddity about the Platinum Rush is that the user is compelled to repeatedly scream 'ora' at the top of their lungs during the attack.
Uh oh. Those boys got me all tingly...

I guess slicing through steel might have been overreaching, but...

COUNTERARGUMENT!

Rampage [Requires Physical Strength Proficiency]
Power-Up 1000 OM
Jhago ignites the fury of the wolf flowing through his veins like wildfire, lashing out wildly at foes. His maddening fury affords him a great deal of strength, allowing him to (while transformed) slash through even steel and concrete with barbarian style. It does however limit his ability to protect himself, his mind less concerned on these things rather than ripping through flesh with his claws and teeth. It is however a trance-like state as his mind is totally focused on the rage fueling his impulses, so he may or may not have better luck landing strikes. While rampaging he can even drive his spear through enemies' steel armor easily enough.

Rampage, Tier 1 Power-Up
ATK: + 4
DEF: - 0 [ -1 if allowed]
SPD: + 1
Tech: + 0 [+1 if allowed]

Bite [Requires Physical Strength Proficiency, Malleabilty]
Move, 300 OM
Jhago's teeth are somewhat malleable given his ability to alternate forms. Even while in hybrid or half-hybrid states his bite can easily rend flesh and his jaws, fully transformed, can grind your bones to make his bread.

((Should this move be 600 with the bone crunching? Also haven't checked to see if Power-Ups allow negatives. Can I take a penalty to gain a bonus?))

You cannot place more than 50% of the stat points in a single stat. Meaning, for a Tier 1, you can only fit 2 points into a single stat. Also: if you wish to subtract stats, the easiest way would be with a Powered-Up Transformation. It costs the same as a Power-Up, both in OM and in SP, but you can easily reduce a certain stat to further power up another. In which case, the maximum you could place into a Tier 1 would be 7.

Not sure I understand how this move looks/works. Is it just something she can activate to make her attacks go super fast/strong? Sounds like that would just be a power up.

I think you need to reread how moves work. Price isn't dependent upon power; that is determined entirely by your stats.

And um, maybe the transformations rules too. And other stuff. This is all covered.

Like, he could make a screwdriver or a pair of scissors. He could project an image of a map if he already knew the details on the map. He could summon like... a war bugle?

Everything he would do with them would be non-combat, it they would just represent a power he already has, like telekinesis. Things that normal items, like a set of binoculars, could do would work, but within the RP limited that OM summoned items would have. So he couldn't summon like, a jetpack because that'd be Flight etc
