In accordance with the current topic in the chatbox, I have made this thread to collect any and all potential participants should we create an Omniverse Terraria server/world in honor of 1.3's release.

In my humble opinion, it should be new characters, and a group progression through the game without spoiling too much for the newer players.

Would I be allowed to put vanity items on said new character first? I'll probably just put on a Familiar Wig because the helmets look stupid, but.

I don't think anyone will have problems with that. In fact, vanities might help distinguish players from eachother when everyone's running around in Crimson or whatever

Have it, never played it. I feel like it'd be way more fun w/ other people. If you guys are okay with an FNG I'd be happy to play.

If it goes on sale I'll be able to buy it, I've been hesitant to buy it before because of my shitty laptop... it can hardly run anything but ill willing to give it a shot with you guys

@Demitri, it was on sale during the Steam Summer Sale, so it probably won't be again any time soon. It's normally just 10 bucks anyway, if that changes anything.
