Secondaries [Behemoth, Christa, Issac]
#1
Well, here goes. This topic is for rp plans with Behemoth, mainly for Nealaphh, but I may use Behemoth later as a plot device to trick Gildarts into LAW.

I'll be putting Behemoth's template here as well as in my roster.
Behemoth info:
Has met Gildarts, Millie, Nealaphh Daxter, Commander Torn, and Jak.

Quick Update on this secondary is as follows: Behemoth just sprang from the vastly deep's most treacherous prison. He's technically "evil" and looking to have fun. He can read minds and change memories (I'll get consent before I do this with Primes). He's here supporting Gildarts and to wreak havoc.
Behemoth

Secondary

Origin: Unknown, but has spent the majority of his time in the Vastly Deep's Impel Down.

Information: This joker-esque character plays an anti-hero in his own 'saga' but because of his villainous behavior and the constant havoc he wreaks on innocents, he plays a continuous enemy and threat to Gildarts. Behemoth's morals have been pushed to the brink of his maddened mind, he sees people as fools or tools, never anything more.

He's sharp and has high mental capacity, and is always on the prowl for something 'more fun' to quell his boredom as he impatiently waits to achieve the only thing that matters to him.

Brief History: With rows upon rows of people to tinker with (and consequently break) Behemoth has honed his skill and filled his boredom by causing turmoil and treachery. This once-Camelot soldier found himself laying in the Empire's dungeon, the most maddening sentence for a man who had previously fought against corrupt authority. He would have preferred Banishment or death, but alas, he was given no peace.

Something happened! that caused him immediately to become a monster. One doesn't just wake up and decide to destroy the people around them, but that is a story for another day.

One fateful morning, after Behemoth had swept the latest trash from his room, he was given a new cellmate and it seemed he was in luck. A Prime was delivered to him. A Prime with both the power and potential to destroy the entire prison.

After planning every stage of their escape in under an hour, Behemoth set out with the strength of a Prime backing his flawless plans. During the prison break, Gildarts was backstabbed but when it came down to honoring his agreement with the snake, the prideful warrior saw only one option and saved Behemoth from inevitable capture.

Now, Behemoth has warmed up to the oaf and since their interaction, the secondary respects Gildarts, but would never admit this to his face.

Spectator Thread in Dante's Abyss: Behemoth interacted with Daxter, Torn, and Nealaphh who has thralled Millie.

Behemoth also got a little revenge for his favorite Prime and punched Kindal in the face. Behemoth has now brought the injured Millie to his hideout in the VD and hopes to save Millie as a strange form of redemption, despite the fact that he could have killed her.

Character and Personality: Behemoth will play with people's minds and tweak them, when he is really angry, he will give people the worst consequence imaginable, and make them forget themselves, for he has forgotten who he was once before, and sees being smothered by the abyss the worst possible consequence.

He does not like to get his hands dirty and has potential to gain henchmen along his journey to saving his daughter.

Purposes: I had originally just given him telepathy because Gildarts sees weakness in speaking everything on his mind, so I had only wanted this ability to open up an avenue for dialogue.

That said, with an over-powered, crash-magic using prime, I had to ask myself "why" would there be any compliance or reasonable threat to align himself with Behemoth in the first stages of the break. So I made Behemoth OP too.

Behemoth just kind of fits where Gildarts leaves off, and completes the cycle of endless competition between good and evil, secondary versus Prime, and sheer force against manipulation.

Abilities: Behemoth can read people's minds, and in a similar way, he is able to change this memories. If a person is shaped one way by their memories and experiences, Behemoth can alter this.

Weakness/backfire: Behemoth knows all too well that people tend to have a limit, as well as some people will remain the same person at the core. This method/technique can be used to test people's character.

(Ex. Behemoth attempts to take away Gil's humanity by altering a memory, however if Gildarts is a strong character, even if much is taken from him, he would in essence remain the same or make the same choice because of already established tendencies.)

But this doesn't mean their decisions can't be changed in the blink of an eye.

"Solo" Status: Behemoth is currently undergoing a story possible redemption, he seeks to find his daughter in the Vastly Deeps, however there is an untold mystery in this story.

He hopes that by finding his daughter, part of him can be restored and from the monster he has become.
"Mind Games" in the Vastly Deep will be up and coming. I'm actually pretty excited, because this mind-reading secondary is shaping up.

Lair:Giant rock cave that is completely enclosed. Within the hollowed island, one will find a large port with 15 vacant (stolen) pirate ships and an entire throne room connected to this port, filled with piles of golden treasure similar to Smaug's in the Hobbit.

Written and etched upon the walls are the words "All that glitters is not gold." Describing the profound torture he deals with daily, for he has escaped imprisonment but has lost his potential to change the Omniworld and rid it of the Empire's corrupt rule. The cave walls have many scrawled tally marks, emphasizing this as well, he is not free from the cursed condition his body now endures, and he counts the days until his freedom.

SN: (Condition is listed below, as for the tally mark habit, I figured it carried over from his previous experience.)

Current status: Right now, he has escaped from Impel Down, but as you can imagine, he has some pretty severe damage done to his body (ie implied ramifications of the Empire's torture). For this, I'm going with a Jackal and Hyde-Esque theme, where he must take a potion at least once a day or he will technically die. This will keep him on his toes so that he doesn't turn "hero" and reinforces the motive that he must always choose the desperate man's option. It keeps him manipulating.

Potion: He is a secondary, meaning he can't just summon one like Primes, and should he miss his dose, he won't have the opportunity to be revived either. (After once burning his bridges with Gildarts, and he can't seek out anyone to house his fugitive status because his memory alterations are not long-lasting).

"Mind Games" coming soon to the Vastly Deeps near you.

Quote: "What's so funny there, Captain Crunch?"
I laugh EVERY time I read this line. (Even quoting it agh!)

But overall, I had an awesome time with Mind Games, and was sad to see it close. Your post Nealaphh almost could have been the conclusion, But I'm glad I get the chance to tie up some loose ends.

Quote: So, for my RP with strazio I opted to put my secondary profile here so he can take a glance at it whenever he needs to. Christa will be participating in "An Alliance Formed in Blood" before the secondary void quest saga.

Name: Christa

Full name: Christa "Breadcrumbs" Adams

Secondary

Source: Original

Secondary Category: Very Powerful

(Out of these four: weak, average, strong, very powerful)

Appearance: Early Twenty's with pale blonde hair. Medium to talk with lithe build. Generally alternates between a "Don't fuck with me" face, a subtle neutral grimace, and a somber straight-lipped observing stare.

Before abduction. Now her eyes are a bit grayer, hardened with death and resolve.
History: There is some implied bad blood between the Empire and Christa. Her distinct skill set was desired by the empire to perform a specific task, and when they found they could not have her (she was uncompliant), she was captured and tortured before eventually being made into a dog of the empire for a short time.

Before the Omniverse not much is known about her, she has a vague military back round and her amount of combat experience rivals that of seasoned Primes.

-The majority of this character's official history will be told through "breadcrumbs" or flashback sequences during her participation in threads-

SN to straz: If there is ever a need I can include a flashback at any point in time that will match the current context (as I think I am pretty good at that) unless you think it will distance Issac and Christa's interaction from one another. I e: I'll try to place them in nice and fitting areas so that the story flows. (I may possibly post them in a separate, Dream thread with the link attached instead.)

Goals and motivations: Wants to destroy the empire, avidly seeks Omni.

Muse: Deceased sister.

Personality: Badass, overconfident, don't give no shits kind of girl. She's rather truthful, speaks her mind even when her brazen words would be considered out of place. Christa's remorse shows a soft spot only for her sister, and she becomes ferocious when facing an enemy, or at the mention of her greatest enemy, the Empire.

Known for: The arsenal on her back. Drop-kicking mofo's, gunning people down like nothin' else. When in battle she displays ruthless tact. She is a marauder, outlaw, ex-empire solider (not of choice).

Speciality: Marksman, hand to hand, battle strategy, artillery expert.

Additional: Christa's flashbacks, called the "Fog of War" are actually a sign of slight PTSD. viewtopic.php?f=15&t=3012#p29866

Her nickname is a smear based off of her "impossible" goal of finding Omni. And a little play on my behalf of the way I'm forming her past in TFOW thread.

Skill set: (coming soon)

Quotes:

Name: Isaac Carter

Full Name: Isaac "The Bloodlance" Carter

Source: Original

Secondary Category: Strong bordering on Very Powerful if he actually decides to fight.

Appearance: He looks aged and weathered, at least in his forties. Missing his left arm at the elbow and keeps the stump wrapped in linen wraps. He wears a tattered black and red cloak. He has near permanent 5 o'clock shadow and a scowl. Despite this sour look he is a very kind man and after he opens up to people he carries a more laid back and relaxed demeanor.

History: Before he was brought to the omniverse Isaac served in several military campaigns and grew into an incredibly skilled soldier. Eventually he was offered a position on an elite clandestine strike force. Known as Sector 8 it was during one of their strikes against a secret enemy installation that his team was captured and forced into biological experiments. These experiments allowed him and his allies to develop extraordinary powers. This was where he learned to manipulate his blood and turn it into a deadly weapon. He spent two years in this facility before he was summoned to the Omniverse.

During his time in the Omniverse he served the Empire and with his ability and training he made a name for himself. It was during his servitude with the Empire that he found his now-deceased wife. After having a falling out with the Empire they now seek to capture him and make him pay for his supposed treachery. He now seeks Omni in hopes of resurrecting his dead wife.

Goals: Wishes to be reunited with his wife and wants to live somewhere peaceful outside of the Omniverse

Personality: Laid back voice of reason. He tries to avoid conflict if at all possible and only resorts to violence as a last ditch effort. Having been a veteran of several military campaigns and strike team missions he is a bit jaded.

(If you want I can flesh this out more)
