If Gilgamesh can manage to wait people out until the end of this Phase, I'll place my money on him. He'll have two dragons to unleash at that point.

But... I'm not sure WHO might win now. Sasuke has the Ultima Weapon, but everyone else has a Great Tier weapon too... or close enough. Lots of folk with low health, a few with higher. This could be anyone's game.

If I was a betting man, however, I'd put my money on Samus. Depends on whether or not she gets back with her group though, as at this point people are gonna be dropping like flies.
