Yo’ Guu, it’s me Gildarts. Just wanted to update you on the mission, I’ll keep it brief because Molly (who is well versed in the Data realm) told me that the Empire screens, taps, and censors any information accessible. So they could be watching, waiting, and listening on our confidentially swapped words.

I’m in Coruscant now and have yet to acquire a Dataverse Device, so I won’t be as inclined to respond to your email back as quickly. (The above is probably for the better, as I would be prone to break it. If you find one that’s crash-friendly, by all means, share it.)

As for an update, the mission is a go. I completed the task and there was no one left to hold accountable when I was done with them.

Being honest, Molly, is a ten year old that did some branch work for them and is not directly affiliated. If you want me to take her to meet you or something, that’s a can do but I’ll plan on the opposite, as that would just draw attention to Ambrosia and she is a smart girl.

There’s some suspicious stuff going on in the Empire’s capital. I sense danger. We were lead to Coruscant (the hub/capital of the Data realm as I am told) after she confirmed some information about a base that is kind of a ‘second memory’ so that if something goes wrong with the first record, well... You can guess that they have a back up. Worry not, this’ll be a piece of cake. Molly is briefing me now on the details of the mission, how to get in and out, but the building is really secure and will take a little time. Must’ve cost a fortune, it’d be a shame if someone...

Anyway, thought I’d give you an update. Since you may not hear back from me if things go south. Oh, uh, Molly wants to know if you’ve ever tried mochi ice cream (she doesn’t know who you are, and I think she assumes we are dating. You can correct her on that but her puppy dog eyes get me every time I try to oppose her.) You’ll have to tell her your response if you end up meeting. She likes strawberry.

After the infiltration I’ll give you a heads up in an email when it’s become a success. You’ve my promise.

Signed,
Gildarts

Guu, it’s Gildarts again, mission was a success, for the most part. I extracted the ‘sensitive information’ and completely destroyed it. Molly and I might meet up later, but we’ll see on that.

I’m afraid I won’t be heading back to TG immediately, there’s something in the rubble of this city and I’ve been prompted to check it out. When I do return, there’s another pressing matter. On the far edges of the Tangled Green, a distant threat grows more powerful by the day. The Blight, as I am told, is on a rampage to sucking the entire forest dry. The threat is real, and it could pose as a danger to your kingdom. If I don’t get back soon enough, you should send out a team. Though, I would prefer to accompany whoever is able-bodied enough to go. I want to see an end to this plague.

Good work! I'm glad to know Ambrosia is safe from those monsters. I hope it didn't end too violently... don't tell me if it did. I swear I'll make sure you get a reward for you efforts. Sadly, it can't be a parade in the streets considering the classified nature of the mission but I'll think of something to give you as thanks. If you can bring Molly to Ambrosia once you're done in Coruscant, I want to personally thank and reward her too.

I'm deeply sorry for not responding sooner, your first e-mail came while I was investigating a parallel universe thingy (it was a bust) and I immediately got pulled into a rescue mission right after so... yeah, been quite busy. In fact, I won't be in Ambrosia for a while, I'm representing the state in some giant competition, so if i'm not in Ambrosia when I get back, I hope you don't mind waiting for me.

I'll e-mail Sylvia and tell her to look into the Blight for us, it might be worth investigating.

Thank you again, and good luck in your endeavors.
