Mission Statement:
1. Provide a Safe Haven to ALL those who need it, no matter the circumstance.
2. Help bring prosperity, peace, and unity to the Dunes.
3. Take down the corrupted Empire and remove their influence in the Dunes. Permanently.
How to Join: 
Perform a Quest for the people of New Babylon. This quest can be anything you desire, however it has to be beneficial to either the city of Nippur or the faction as a whole. Some examples would be, defeating a local raiding camp, helping out local citizens, enforcing peace in the new city. Please PM any member of the faction your idea of the quest and have it approved by anyone before you start.

Word Count: 3000-5000 words
Reward: Access to the New Babylon Base, Invitation to the New Babylon Faction Forum, a Communicator Synched to the Recall Station(pending), and a Power Pill


Current Mission: To reclaim the lost city of Nippur and make it a safe place once more in the Chaotic Dunes

So you wanna join New Babylon? Awesome. We're always happy to accept new peeps into the fold. But, there's a few questions you should ask yourself first, just to make sure that New Babylon is the right place for you.

1) Is following someone else's orders something your character can deal with?
2) While New Babylon isn't an evil Faction, per se, we're not above killing innocent people. Are you gonna be ok with this?
3) If we accept you, what do you plan to bring to the table to further the Faction goals and/or make things better?
4) What do you want New Babylon to do for you?

If you still express interest in joining our Faction, we will read over your roleplaying history with the character, check your roster, and generally just try to get a feel for your character. Afterwards, the Council will vote on whether to formally accept you, or whether to reject your application for the time being, with a majority vote in your favor required to be allowed in.

If you pass muster, congratulations! You're now a part of New Babylon! If not, don't worry, you have options. First, you may leave us a message and plead your case. While we won't give a reason for not accepting your character, feel free to include any information you think we may have overlooked or misinterpreted! You may also try again at a later date, if you feel like you may need to grow your character a bit more to be better suited to our group.

Maaaan, I wish I could join ya, but for one character I've already written 70k words in Coruscant, so it'd seem kinda dumb to just leave behind all my progress towards Recognition (and eventual Westside membership... it'll happen one of these decades, I promise ya, guys!).
