Weapon Moves are (still) out, but I feel like individuals like Ezra, Ganondorf, and others made some interesting remarks about creating a more equal playing field.
So due to my being awesome and democratic, I wanted to propose - to you, the players - banning ALL types of moves, utility/weapon-based/or ability-based. This would have zero effect on Super Moves, transformations, and (permitted) assists.

From what I remember, DA has always been about an equal playing field.

I voted yes. Leveling the playing field seems fair, and it would make it more 'difficult' for the Prime and thus more interesting.
In the event that a Super Move is a powered-up regular move or normally needs a 'weapon' to use (like Proto Man's Finish Buster or Link's Light Arrow), would we essentially summon the particular weapon for an instant (because Dante-physics) or would something happen like Proto Man firing his Finish Buster from the BFG he started with? Not sure if that's worded the best way, but yeah.

And what about Powers?
At least one of Desco's moves is only Strength + Malleability with her tail, so she could pull it off without having the actual move.

Wait, I'm confused... Are we just removing "moves" in general, or are we limiting what classifies as a move? And how does removing weapons even the playing field? Due to Omniphysics, they do no more damage than a punch with the same "enchantment" or whatever.

Have we made a final decision on this yet? Just wondering as I may be buying another move before I join, but if it won't matter during the matches I'll hold off.
