So, I may have missed it, but could you lovely staffers explain how the OM number works on the side of our posts? I mean, I'm kind of working off the assumption it's like Chubbs. Does that stuff go down when you buy stuff? If that's the case, shouldn't 4000 OM be deducted from when we joined? Or does it just go up and up as we post and we have to keep a track of it in our roster/whatever.
I hope that makes sense.
It's an overall indicator of how much OM you've earn while being here, rather than a meter that goes up and down. It's done that way so that we and you can know when you "level up", which happens when you've reached certain amounts of earned OM. Your spent OM is indicated on your profile.

It's moreso because we as staff don't like to have to update every little thing, and members don't like to wait to be updated. So you just update your own Spent OM on your roster, and as long as you don't exceed your Earned OM you're good to go. Win-win. Having it serve as an overall indicator of how much writing you've done on the site is just the cherry on top of the cake.

Samus Aran or
