Out of all of the npcs, besides Omni and Diablo who is the most powerful? I understood it to be Palpatine, followed secondly by Aragorn. Is this not correct?

Yeah, you're right! Those two are definitely the oldest and the most powerful primes in the Omniverse.

Diablo, Aragorn and Palpatine were the first three primes to arrive in the Omniverse, although the order in which they showed up is something that all three will offer different opinions about.

After them, you can 'group' some of the NPCs. If you check the Timeline thread, you'll see that the big name NPCs arrived in waves (much like the 2013 Scramble).
