I'd like to request an admin ruling on this. Just so as to be clear with the utmost authority.

Edit: The grievances are this: without permission, can you have had encountered Uchiha ninja and have knowledge of the sharingan prior to coming to the Omni, without being a Naruto OC?

Obviously encountering them here in the Omni is perfectly fine, my question is whether you can have had prior interaction with them from before the Omni?

I'm also not requesting a retcon, and am against a ruling of retcon. I just want it corrected for the future, not to create more work for the player, and only if its not allowed. Thanks

Prior to the Omniverse, characters should only have knowledge of their own universes. This is our main argument against 4th wall breaking characters, and characters who recognize others as pop culture entities, so its something that we do want to keep careful tabs on.

As far as this specific situation, it sounds a little hazy, do you mind PMing me with the post(s) in question, so I can contact them? I feel like it might be better for the mod team to enforce this kind of thing than relying on citizen policing.

Do you mean like if someone joined as Palpatine or Judge Dredd?

Site NPCs are like PCs. They follow the same rules, UNLESS they're a Secondary. So, like how we can't have multiple Links, even though they're from different timelines. Same deal.

For example, we'd allow an incarnation of 'Link' from 'The Legend of Zelda', and maybe a single 'Dark Link' as well, but not Links from other timelines or 'Shadow Link', even though we know they're technically different characters. Essentially, we don't want to see a million Links and Spider-Man clones.

Yeah. Through extenuating circumstances like meeting Omni or killing the secondary version and bringing an NPC Prime/PC Prime version into the OV. I did it with Annabelle.

Just to add to the above, BWNN and Drake are both Secondaries who turned to (player) Primes, if I recall correctly.

Would Coruscant have a "Walmart" or a "Hardware" store, or similar, and if so, what Tier?

You could probably find something like that on every tier except the super low ones. I'd imagine the ones on tier one and two are super fancy and have state of the art stuff whereas lower tiers are going to have more mundane versions similiar to our real life equivalants.

Well you'd have to do it in a well thought out way. Regardless of how you do it don't be surprised if the Storyteller gets involved. I'd recommend robbing one on a lower tier and planning it out before hand. The specifics are up to you and ultimately it'd be a test of your writing ability and a factor of the plot.

Do assist follow the rules of transformations when it comes to power ups and rounds? Or is it 1 sp per tier per post?

First and foremost, how tight is security on Coruscant? Should invasive bodysearches be expected for new Primes, or what level of scrutiny are new primes under when they arrive on Coruscant for the first time?

@Ret: Yeah, you can pay double the usual SP cost to extend the duration to a full round, if that's what you meant. So:

T1 - 1sp/post - 2sp/round
T2 - 2sp/post - 4sp/round
T3 - 4sp/post - 8sp/round
(T3 powerups/assists give twice as many stats as a T2, so cost twice as much sp)

@Jack: They of probs won't need to body search you. Just expect guards at the gate. They might ask you a reason for entry, or give you a jobs pitch if you're a prime. That's all. There'd be a scanner or something so they won't need to physically search you. It'll basically seem like committing a crime is a bad idea, due to the guards, but they're unlikely to actually grill you or be scrutinising - I reckon. Unless you threaten to commit a crime or do something suspicious or something like that.
