Your T2 option isn't needed. Just get suppression and use the T1. Of course, that will need a high TEC in cases for it to be at max effect. Unless you want to get another move to boost suppressions strength? But that would likely need a max duration.

And Alex even told me that Shang had a move like that... I completely forgot. Thanks for that one, that clears the T1 one up.

For the T2 option, that was the issue I wanted to overcome with the move actually! Suppression should probably be part of the move requirements, but I wanted it to be a "Enhanced Senses cannot detect her true form regardless of the TEC difference, but generally works for other stuff if the ES user has higher TEC than Malon" thing. Super Utilities are a bit difficult to balance in that regard... would the above be too powerful without a time limit, and if so would it become possible if I add another drawback of some kind?
It's meant to be a non-combat move to let Malon pretty much take a different identity without someone being able to tell who she is 'at a glance', though she can still trip up by lacking the memories of who she impersonates or someone with Telepathy/Insight could notice that her thoughts don't correlate with her identity or that there is more to her than meets the eye.

Alternatively a Suppression-boosting T1/T2 Utility could also work though, I'll consider that route if the above can't be worked out. Thank you for that suggestion too!

Honestly, I'd probably have allowed throwing in the "Enhanced Senses can't detect the change" in with the T1 - but insight would still work if they beat your suppression. Since if you did fully change your body, I don't see why ES would pick it up. ES normally only picks up shapeshifting because the shapeshift is "fake". But that's less the case with you super utility. I don't consider it to be Uber strong - you'd still have to spend SP in fights if you wanted to switch form mid battle to mess with someone. I guess I could maybe see the "no ES" thing bumping it up to a T2 - but that shouldn't impact your storyline usage.
Metal Weapons (900 OM, Physical Strength):

Jack can create melee weapons from Metal in most forms that a melee weapon can come in. These can be short (like a dagger), medium (like a sword) or long (like a spear) in length. The weapons are permanent. Making one takes about 3 seconds for Jack Spicer. These can be made while he is moving around, or using other moves. They do require a supply of metal be on his person or in the area that he can manipulate. Furthermore, the metal must be unrefined, meaning that it has not been made by someone into weapons, or tools yet.

Looks good dude. As a suggestion, what about adding the option for him to change something he makes from this move into something else? That way you won't run out of metal in scarce areas so quickly. (Like changing an axe into a sword).

There is one exception, and that is things that he has made using this ability can be changed into other items provided they share a similar weight, and mass.

Don't Touch Me Auto (300 OM, Physical Strength):

Don't Touch Me is a technique that Jack has perfected with the Metal Weapon Ability. In this case it involves metal spikes growing out of every part of his clothing and if someone tries to grab him against his will, they will get punctured by metal. This is an automatic ability, and one that Jack has no control over at present. It auto activates when he is grabbed by an opponent, physically. It will also activate in times of stress such as if he were being examined on Coruscant for example. It also activates when he is angry, for instance if someone were trashing his base, and he found out about it. The spikes are about 17 inches long.

Metal Weapons looks good.

For Don't Touch Me Auto, you may want a slight fatigue cost each time the spikes stick out to justify them being more dangerous. And maybe a better description of how densely packed the spikes are. Also, how long do the spikes last? As long as he's angry/whatever? Or do they just go out and in quickly? Otherwise, this is generally a cool alright move.

The spikes are draining on his stamina, and so he is looking for a way to control these. The spikes will last 15 seconds upon deployment, or through conscious effort can be retracted by him. These spikes are barbed, but will not do as much damage as normal barbed spikes upon coming out.
Sure. Looks good dude.
Given I've never wrote one up before, I am unsure how to write up a car as a move to be honest, though I do plan on giving Jack Spicer one of those as a move because he can build such for himself. Any suggestions on how to do so?
Do you want to be in the car and drive it around in combat? Or do you want to make it fight with you and control it about with a remote?
A mix of both, really. Jack would have all sorts of weapons from inside it that he could deploy. Flamethrowers, Plasma Cannons, missile Launchers, machine guns, etc.
You could get a ranged control move to control it remotely.

To ride inside, you could either make that a variant of the move (but may need area defense to hide inside from attacks). But, while riding the car it would be limited to your speed (or double your speed if you get superspeed). Alternatively, you could get a powerup/powered-up form or an alt form for being in a car.

Weapons, you can just add one by one as move variants.
The Truck (Area Defense, Area Attack, Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency, Remote Control Proficiency, Homing Prof)

The Truck is a Vehicle that takes Jack 7 seconds to summon. This truck can be used by him to move around various Tiers or areas in the Omniverse. It is also heavily durable, and can be hidden inside of in case of attack.

The Truck is not without tricks of it's own, though.

- Plasma Cannons (300, Ranged Prof):

A set of Plasma Cannons mounted on the Truck. These take about 25 seconds to charge up, but are capable of firing blasts that can create pot holes, easily.

Here's all I got so far, I'm out of ideas otherwise.
Hold up, does this need Debuff at all?

Wario Waft (T1 Super Attack) - Area Attack, Debuff
Wario releases the mother of all farts, forming small mushroom cloud of methane. Everyone with any orifices in a spherical area of 12 feet within Wario is stunned for 4 seconds (unless you're underground or something). Separately, for every second you are within the cloud, you take some choking damage. The cloud lasts for 30 seconds. Such a massive gas cloud takes quite a bit of energy to generate, and Wario will find that he only has a limited amount of Stomach Power (SP) to repeat it in a fight.

Thinking about it, not really... No. You don't need debuff for "continuously damage all people within this area"-type things. That said, "choking" damage does sound somewhat debilitating - which is probably why I didn't question you adding the proficiency at the time I approved it (at least, I think I approved it - or at least looked at it in approval/your join app).
Helmet (Physical Strength, ???):

A helmet Jack Spicer made that is made out of an almost invisible plastic - and circuitry. The helmet blocks any foul odors and biological weapons from being used on Jack Spicer. It also nullifies sleeping gas, and other similar knock out techniques  of the airborne persuasion. It also acts as a HUD and a Communicator / Mobile Dataverse Device for Jack Spicer. Takes him about 5 seconds to materialize. It can also be used to head butt an opponent.

Passive bonuses, such as "immunity to X", won't fly. You'll need there to be a drawback. Say, materialise it and then it only lasts for so many seconds. Naturally, you'll still need a super defence to block/counter any super moves.

I believe this actually would need debuff, bolded part from the proficiency below:

Debuff Proficiency – 1000 OM (Example move)
Allows you to create moves which have a lingering or channelled detrimental effect against opponents. For example, an ice beam which slows or freezes enemies, or a flashbang grenade that blinds and deafens your opponents.
I mean, yeah. Choking sounds sorta detrimental.

But I wouldn't push for debuff on something like "set this area on fire for 10 seconds - the fire continuously damages all people there". You'd need debuff to actually set someone on fire for the 10 seconds though - obviously. Hence why I'd probably let Wario's move fly without it - since it's basically just damage. If he'd added a dizzyness debuff or specified some actual debilitating effects, obviously it would need it. But it's a super attack, so the choking is obviously just a form of damage.

Like, doing continuous damage to someone doesn't need debuff. Unless it's some lingering damage-over-time effect applied to them.

Takes him about 5 seconds to materialize. It can also be used to head butt an opponent. The helmet lasts ten seconds. In addition, it also "Debuffs" Jack in that he will be short of breath and unable to use any of his moves for 10 seconds once he has taken off the helmet. The helmet can only be removed after 8 seconds, or after the attack fades, or he gets out of range of whatever attack it was, whichever comes first. Jack will be panting for air after using the helmet.

Ferrokinesis (requires Ranged Proficiency, Ranged Materialize Proficiency, Remote-Control Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency, Debuff, Telekinesis???) – 900 OM???

Jack has the power to control metal at will, creating an expanding or shrinking field or tendril of metal that can fill a space of around thirty square meters. This allows Jack to manipulate projectiles that are headed his way, such as bullets or arrows, but not ones without physical substance such as lasers, fireballs, etc. This also allows him to use metal on his person to create whips that he can use to throttle an opponent, or to climb things. It also allows him to create throwing stars he can hurl at an opponent, or use metal in a variety of other ways. This can be used to create large spikes of metal, or to control existing metal that is around him and use it as a weapon.

So taking that into consideration, if I clarify that people who are not in the area don't take damage (therefore it's not lingering), I won't need Debuff? Considering it's a "change the environment" thing?
