2 questions
1. If I had used NPC points in a character but never played them, could I drop them and take the points back 2. Can a person "squat" in a run down Apartment Complex on Tier Five of Coruscant, or does that violate rules? I plan on buying the place with Omnilium, but not right away.

It just needs to be a base if you want it to be defensible or buy upgrades for it. Otherwise it’s fodder/slice of life roleplaying.

What exactly are you planning where a T8 would be necessary? What exactly would be on this Tier 8 that wouldn't be on one of the other Tiers? Adding to the Lore of the site is always encouraged, but we want to limit redundancy and focus on improvements.
