An explosion at an Imperial fundraiser has rocked Tier 2 this evening. Sources say that Rebel forces set off three different explosions inside the banquet hall, claiming many lives, including those of active duty soldiers who were attending the event. Emergency services are on site now and word has reached the network that two companies of Clone Troopers from the 13th Legion have been deployed to the scene as police forces actively search for leads. An eyewitness account saw Stormtrooper soldiers descending the building on cables and break through the wall after the initial detonations. They were said to have opened fire immediately and were seen fleeing the scene shortly after. No survivors have been reported as of yet, but we'll continue to bring you up-to-date coverage as the situation unfolds.

Noise complaints were filed with Coruscant PD this evening as a sudden influx of military personnel to the explosion that took place on Tier 2 occurred. The scene has fallen under Stormtrooper jurisdiction, with Corsucant PD acting in a support capacity at this time. This channel is now getting reports that Bravo Company of the 13th Legion stationed out of the Sulaco on Tier 1 has been tasked with door to door searches for the rebels who perpetrated this horrendous attack on our city. With them are two Sith Council individuals, an Inquisitor and a Crusader, to assist in their efforts. Able Company has been deployed elsewhere, no other information about that is available at this time. Every citizen is asked to please cooperate with military and police forces to make the search for enemy combatants simpler. They have warned that those unwilling to cooperate will forfeit any right to freedom for the foreseeable future. Hello Citizens of Coruscant! We have a direct response from the Imperial Military. Citizens are to avoid the northwestern sector of Tier 2 and are advised that anyone thought to be a rebel sympathizer will be shot on sight. Able Company and Bravo Company were confirmed to have been deployed in response to the attack at an Imperial Fundraiser earlier this evening, however the fighting force they encountered proved to be just as organized. The Imperial Navy was mobilized and Charlie, Dog, and Fox Companies from the Sulaco, last this new station had heard, were now on scene and fighting had escalated. Citizens are, once again, advised to avoid the area and stay in their homes for safety. Please report all rebel activity and any information that leads to the arrest of a dissident will be rewarded. Coruscant Police and Coruscant General on Tier 1 are on high alert to handle casualty and civilian suppression.

Breaking News from the Holo-Net News Network

The situation on Tier 2 has been brought under control. The 13th Legion along with support from the 4th Armored Corp and 7th Naval Fleet out of the Venator Star Destroyer Sulaco on Tier 1 have won the day and the rebel dissidents have been crushed. Captain Zulenka bravely held the line long enough on her own for her Sergeant Major to link up with rest of the deployed troops. They arrived in force and while the fighting was fierce and casualties are being reported, mainly from Able and Bravo Companies, the enemy leader was defeated and Tier 2 is once again secure. The Imperial Military is asking that civilians give the Imperial Corps of Engineer's time to work through the wreckage and repair any damage to infrastructure as well as sweep for any possible sabotage. We'll be bringing you more information about the casualty listing and updates about the 13th's involvement at a later date. King Bradley will be addressing Coruscant and the issue in the coming weeks.
